Spent a 7 day work and pleasure vacation at the Marriott Waikola . The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Amanda and Rebecca at Expedia Local Desk were spot on with restaurant recommendation and things to do. Beautiful Island !!!

I think by mid June everything should be all fine again to go although it is important to check the news and make sure because there is lots of wind and the volcano smoke may blow over to the hotel which will cause you to lose the view of the open ocean, also probably making it harder to snorkel and see the wildlife.
