So, everyday Jim cooked breakfast...they were all delicious and filling. Each day there were egg choices from their own chickens...omelets, scrambled eggs...some kind of bread (Banana bread, monkey bread), or waffles w homemade toppings, and some kind of meat...Portuguese sausage or bacon. Delicious juice (POG) and coffee or tea. If you left hungry it was your own fault. But, it is not like heaping your plate at a HOliday Inn Express buffet...but the food quality is in a different Galaxy! Hope this helps...
