Leilani is a great, south island option for travelers on a budget. Lynn is a very hospitable hostess and available to answer any questions. Breakfast is great. Rooms are simple, clean and meticulously maintained. Bed is extremely comfortable! No detail has been overlooked. We were also able to borrow beach towels and a cooler for our beach day trips. I...

We stayed at Leilani B&B for one night and enjoyed our stay. It's a nice house with a big lounge to have breakfast or read a book. The room was comfortable and the host was very nice and helpful with restaurant and sightseeing information. From Leilani B&B you can easily visit South Point, the Green Sand Beach and Black Sand...

Leilani's Bed & Breakfast provided a comfortable (and extremely clean!) spot for our party of three couples to stop over on our recent trip to Hawaii. Our host was very well organized and helpful. We were able to enjoy a very substantial breakfast the next morning. It is an excellent option for anyone needing accommodation in the area for a...

Great place to stay quiet and friendly hosts location allows access to many tourist sites but you will need a car or can use a local helpful taxi driver. Be aware of need to check out exact location if arriving at dark as easy not see the correct turning off highway and sat nav can give an error but it...

We arrived to a welcome in which we were given relevant information including where we could get dinner. Then we were shown our room which was very comfortable and clean with our own private bathroom. After a very relaxed night sleep we awoke to lovely bird calls then we were given a nutritious breakfast before we departed.

We enjoyed our stay at Leilani B&B. It was in a good position to visit the South western part of the big island and the breakfasts were great. We received hints on where to go and these were very helpful. Good value for money.

This cute b&b I not too far away from the volcanoes national park and close to green sand beach and black sand beach. It's beautiful, clean and the proprietors are always nice and helpful. They gave great tips and the breakfast was amazing. Due to weather we couldn't go to hilo as planned. We stayed 2 extra nights and did...

Very unique house and very kind host. Comfortable, clean and well decorated rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Great covered lanai with little fountain and fish. Nice breakfast in the lanai. Look at the paintings of your host. Ask her for great advice. Thanks again so much for your hospitality and your suggestions. Don't miss the green sand beach and spend...

Thank you for this review and the reminder to readers to ask hosts for local knowledge of their area. We often know of little gems not in the guide books and some which may not even be listed on our website. And it is very easy to point guests in the right direction if we know what your interest is,...

Great location on southern part of the island. Our daughter was at PQ and it was only a 20 minute drive to get there for Parent Weekend. Lynn was VERY accommodating as we had to leave early both mornings. Lynn's fresh fruit platter was beautiful and delicious both days (a true work of art!), Kona coffee and breakfast were great....
