We just got back from our trip of 7 days at the Luana Inn. We could not have asked for anything more. The breakfasts were excellent, hosts delightful and rooms as advertised. I enjoyed talking with Erin & Ken. They had excellent suggestions and gave us good directions. I would go back in a minute! Remembering mornings by the pool...

We stayed here for 9 lovely days the location is fantastic panoramic views of the sea and coast line. Ken and Erin really look after you. We stayed in the Moana spacious and very comfortable and set a little away from the others. There are plenty of resources for guests from a well stocked guide book library, to a PC,...

Stayed at Luana Inn in June 2010 so this review is admittedly very late. While researching hotels for my family's next vacation, I was reminded yet again of how helpful Trip Advisor reviews can be and that prompted me to do my part. We stayed at Luana for 3 nights, taking two rooms next to each other - one for...

We arrived at the Luana Inn after a long trip from Seattle, Washington. We were greeted by Ken, the innkeeper who showed us our room and gave us a tour of the Inn. i could have stopped at the Lanai and just stared at the view for hours. I immediately felt calm and welcome. The room we stayed in was...

We were originally intrigued by the 'great breakfast' reports at the Luana - and we like a good breakfast, so we booked 8 nights here. And we loved it! Ken and Erin have the heart of hospitality and it comes through in how they run this delightful spot. The Moana room is lovely and spacious and it is full of...

This review is long over due. Recently looking at our Hawaii photo books, we feel very compell to make the time to write the review. Our family of 4 and another family were traveling together on a 3 weeks vacation and this was one of the best stays for us. We stayed in the Alihi lani and our friends stayed...

Ken and Erin are such gracious and hospitable people! They are both fabulous cooks with organic products. The rooms are very elegant hawaiian style, roomy and comfortable. Even the futons are nice to sleep on! After an exhausting trip before our arrival, it was a perfect place to relax. A gem away from the tourist areas with a spectacular view...

We just got back from 4 nights at the Luana Inn in Captain Cook, HI, and wish we could have stayed much much longer. Ken and Erin are very warm and helpful hosts, breakfasts were gourmet quality and the overall feeling of the inn is homey and inviting. Our room off the lanai had a fabulous view of the ocean,...

Luana Inn is everything we look for in a bed & breakfast. Erin and Ken were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were great.....spacious, kitchen amenities, wonderful shower, and a VERY comfortable bed. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. There is also great snorkeling and kayaking less than a mile from the property. Be sure to try the shaved ice...
