The male owner was very curt and rude towards myself and my son. I pleasantly tried to smile and be nice hoping he would turn his bad attitude around but it never worked. The room was smaller than any I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was cramped, the ac barely worked, bugs everywhere, uncomfortable beds, flat pillows, horrible wifi, no...

Not much to say here except that attitudes are a two way street. Most reviews demonstrate this. You get what you give. We are an older facility and rooms are smaller but they are clean. Out in the country, bugs like LIGHTS! Our doors open directly outside. WIFI is the best that is available here and run by TCTWEST. We...

Greeted with "every time I sit down to eat, someone comes through the door'...definitely a warning. Jeff is to worried about the use of ice. Runs a tight ship enough as to run you out as he sees fit. A group of guys started playing horse shoes next the tent area at 7 in the morning. Could something have been...

Stayed in a tent and wanted quiet? Everyone outside had something to say about this person and his son. We leave it at that.

We were having a road trip from Illinois and needed a place to stay that is farther from the expensive lodgings around Yellowstone Park and found this very reasonably-priced motel. We were three families traveling and Jeff was able to provide accommodation for us a few days before our trip. They're not five-star hotels but everything was clean: room, bath,bed,...

Please pay attention to the negative reviews on this website - they point out very valid problems with this motel. I did not, and as a result made the mistake of staying here. The room that I was given was in a poor condition - the bed was broken, the clock was broken, the bathroom smelled, the comforter smelled, and...

Our reviews usually state we have clean rooms. Every one of them talk about the cleanliness of the room. Yes, some don't like our style of running the motel but all like the clean rooms. We wonder about this review as someone who just wanted to slant on something else. Our clocks work, sometimes they are unplugged by previous guests....

After a long day of travel we were looking for an RV park/campground that offered a shower. We drove into the parking lot at Green Creek and over to the tent sites. We then drove to the other end of the parking lot to see if there were other sites because we had the impression that there was a large...

We do agree on one thing from this reviewer..."check in with the office" before driving around the property. This reviewer was found in the RV section, trying to get their vehicle out without damaging others property, which isn't mentioned in the review. These type of things occur when people ignore the signs that ARE posted at the entrance. Had this...

We stayed in the motel for half a week. They have camp sites for motor homes and tents as well. Upon check-in, no "welcome", just emphasized that when we check out, if we leave after 10:00 a.m. (check out time), we will be charged an additional day. This is a "bare bones" motel which is fine for the budget conscious...

We like to start with the fact that we knew this person would write a negative review. Holiday Inn couldn't please her, by her own statement. So we knew this. During the reservation phone call, many questions were asked by her, so she knew what we could provide and what we didn't have. We spent 30 minutes or more answering...

the owners, Jeff and Carol are the nicest people. They are very helpful and well informed of the area. If you ask they will do what they can to help. We stayed in the campground and extended our stay. When we left it was bittersweet as we felt we were leaving friends. Recommend this location with it's beautiful view and...

We've been very early birds coming towards the East Entrance of the Yellowstone Park. Here we've found open doors, a warm welcome and help. The cabin we've stayed in was nice (I love logs) and roomy. Add to this that the deer were just roaming around and you get the atmosphere...

We stayed a week in the RV portion of the site complex which had an Inn, 9 RV slots, and a tent camping area. Laundry facility was very clean, machines appeared to be very new, it was roomy, had a folding table, well lighted, and comfortable. Site was easy to navigate and quiet. Surrounding area was mostly farm land. Entry...
