In January 2015, I scheduled a week long stay at the ranch, starting on September 20, 2015. It confirmed my reservation and took my $300 deposit. In August 2015, I attempted to reach the ranch to confirm my reservation. No one answered, and no one returned my phone calls. No one returned my email either. On September 2, 2015, I...

Bedding was not clean, the staff ignored what i asked every time and the breakfast were horrible. Finally, I sent Email and tired to call because they overcharged. When we left I told them and they said they will refund. However, they never answer until now.

Quite frankly I am not sure where to begin as while this place is somewhat unique it is certainly not what it is advertised to be and this is where I get upset as it is misleading and as such you are not paying for what you thought you would get. Let's start with "Deluxe cabin" - the cabin is...

We spent a week at the ranch in July 2015 with two boys. We knew the ranch had some issues with the owner from UK, apparently not invested enough to support the staff. The staff however made their best efforts to make it the best experience for us. The cabins are beautiful inside, the site is just incredible, very calm,...

We chose the Historic UXU Ranch for our vacation destination this year, and could not be happier with our experience. We signed up for the week long, dude ranch package and were extremely happy with the accommodations, food, horseback riding, the people, and the opportunities for relaxation. We found the staff to be extremely attentive, polite, and most importantly, fun....

I researched the web carefully before deciding on the Historic UXU ranch for a one night stay. We were camping for most of our trip and I though the ranch would be the luxurious splurge that would refresh us before we headed on for the rest of our trip. It didn't turn out that way at all. The website describes...

Michael and I spent the week of May 10th through May 17th at the ranch. Upon arrival we met David the owner who was extremely pleasant and friendly. We were then shown to our cabin that was a short distance from the main house. At Dinner we met Terry, the cook who was awesome and so accommodating. Everyone was very...

We stayed here two nights partly because Of the proximity to the east entrance to yellowstone. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the family style meals and the campfire each night. And the valley and setting was beautiful.

The cabin we stayed in was perfect, it was in front of the horse field, looking at the mountains. The cabin was beautifully decorated and very clean, although there was a lot of flies. The atmosphere was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there. I think however if you're unlucky you may get cabins that aren't as well located...

We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting Yellowstone - it's only a short drive away so ideal and in a beautiful setting. The cabin was very comfortable, breakfast very nice and the staff brilliant. Would highly recommend!
