Hotel staff are amazing, rooms were comfortable, housekeeping worked quickly and efficiently. These guys make sure you have everything you need, answer every question you have, give history about the town. I would stay here again.

Nearing the end of a month long road trip this was the only night that we had not pre-booked. Initially we were put off by the outside of the motel but accommodation was limited in Saratoga so we decided to give it a try. We couldn't have been more surprised. We were offered a very large upstairs King room just...

Rooms were so very clean! Bed linens wrinkle free, ice machine worked great. Frig and microwave working and spotless. Front desk clerk went out of the way to resolve a very small issue and put himself at our disposal at all hours! Morning clerk had great food recommendations for Sweet Marie's which did not disappoint. TV's had a volume restriction...

Welcoming front desk crew and very obliging. Rooms nice and clean and maid service done good job of keeping our room clean and well supplied during our several days stay. Reasonable priced, next to airport, and a small walk to down town. Have stayed here several times over the years and never have been disappointed. They have kept the motel...

The Hacienda is an ok place to stay, not too expensive, and with average amenities. We did like the little kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator set into a real countertop and (empty) cabinets but were surprised that there was no coffee maker. Everything was clean but old school, though I'm pretty sure that the bright orange formica countertop in...

My son and I were returning from several days of camping and fishing, the Hacienda Motel was an excellent find. Good beds, great showers, clean and quiet, and the owner was a delight to talk with. She has here heart in the business of taking care of you. I would definitely stay there again.

Will not stay here again only stayed here because the resort and spa was sold out, price is way high for what it is, they actually used a card imprint slide thing for payment, have not seen one since I was a kid. This place is dated, smells funny, and the staff are not friendly. When staying in Saratoga go...

My friend recommended The Hacienda and we were very pleased. We stayed one night and have plans on returning. The room was clean with all the basics, refrig, mirowave, blow dryer, air conditioning. Friendly staff.

I only am giving them a one because they have the audacity to charge 25$ extra for a pet even though I already have a service animal with me. I have not been charged more than 10$ for my pet that is undergoing service animal training. Needless to say we looked elsewhere

Pros: Check-in staff was not friendly, nor helpful. Rooms were clean, sufficient. Bathrooms were ok and clean. Cons: Way to far down the road. Difficult in and out parking access. Front desk staff very unfriendly.
