Staff was wonderful! Room had a great view of the mountains. Just wish the hot water worked better in the shower... it was 16 degrees outside daily so a hot shower was needed. Great place to stay in town!
Though this hotel is part of the Hilton brand, it feels like a boutique. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Great place to stay . location is perfect, close to town square and many restaurants .
We stayed one night to visit The Grand Tetons national Park. The weather was not very good. Snow flurries and low hanging clouds. The hotel was nice. It was an off season part of the year, so rates weren't too bad. It is right in town, so we were able to walk around and see the downtown area. We had a room at the end of the hall, second floor, where there was an exit door. The lock was broken, any one could gain access. We reported it to the desk, they didn't seem too concerned. They said they knew about it and "someone was coming soon to fix it, besides there is no crime in Jackson". Not very reassuring. The room was very clean and laid out well, but it is tiny and seems cramped. It even had a gas fireplace. The queen bed was very comfortable They had an evening meal or snack. Not very good, soup and salad. Breakfast was somewhat better, but, the usual scrambled eggs, toast coffee and packaged baked goods. Kind of generic. It was an OK stay, Not great.
Excellent hotel in the middle of town. A short ride to Teton National Park and about 1 hour to the south entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Rooms have separate living room, a full kitchen, a fireplace, sofa bed with dining table. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Free covered parking. Very good complementary daily breakfast served from 7 to 10 in the morning. Evening social hour ( 2 hours ). Nice selection of items and juices. Freshly baked cookies at 8 p.m. The hotel has a nice gym and indoor heated pool. Convenient small business center where you can check in with your airline and print your boarding passes. Jackson Hole airport located within 15 minutes of hotel. Salt Lake City , Utah is approximately a 6 hours drive. Overall, an outstanding Hilton's facility with a great location and closed to all kinds of amenities.
This stay in Jackson was a stopover between visiting the Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and our flight home the next day. As reviewed elsewhere, this hotel is ideal for walking to nearby Jackson town square with its restaurants and bars. Separate Living Room and Bedroom is a big plus over the typical one-room setup - this gave us room to finish packing our suitcases; and, there is a full kitchen if needed. Clean hotel, nice and helpful staff, better-than-average complimentary breakfast.

Thank you for your questions. I work for the hotel and can state that the property was completely renovated over the last year with the lobby completion in October 2018. The suites received new carpet, flooring, shower, wall paint/paper, furniture, appliances in the kitchen, bedding and more. The suites do have air conditioning although some of our suites do not have air conditioning in the winter months (only warm months) but we are in the process of changing them over to year round.

Hi! If you want to see the rodeo on the 4th of July you should get tickets in advance. Walk to the base of Snow King Resort, about 8 blocks from the hotel, for the best view of the best fireworks in the country!

Hello from Jackson! Our shuttle departs the hotel at 8:30am, arriving in time for the 9am start to the lifts. For first tracks (depending on snow fall the night before) we recommend catching the START bus around 7am. The stop is across the street from the hotel and costs $3 each way. Our shuttle returns from Teton Village at 4pm. Sign up for the shuttles are located at the front desk.
