One of the most authentic places we have been to. The place is next to the main road towards East Entrance (5 min drive) to Yellowstone. But it is nicely located on a side making it a cozy and silent place. We stayed there two nights and both night saw mule deers hanging around cabins.. real nature experience. Decoration of...

We stayed 2 nights at Shoshone Lodge. Cabins were comfortable and the staff very friendly. Food was a little pricey but we definitely did not go to bed hungry. Internet is $10 and reception is not the best so keep that in mind if you do decide to purchase it. The horseback riding was definitely the highlight of our stay....

We stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with the cabin and lodge. Our cabin was small but clean and we requested the one with the Jacuzzi bath tub. My husband has a bad back and he really appreciated being able to get in the tub after our days touring Yellowstone. We ate both our evening meals at...

This is our seventh time staying at Shoshone Lodge and we can't put into words just how wonderful it is each time we return. It is truly like coming home and it is so wonderful to see the friends we have made there when we come back. For anyone considering staying here, just book it; you will not be disappointed....

We stayed in one of the small cabins at the lodge. It was very quaint throwing us back in time. If you want to get away from TV, Wifi, any electronics, that is the place for you. There is a restaurant in the lodge which is a bit pricey considering the price to stay there. However, it is the closest...

All four of us (2 grandparents and 2 granddaughters) absolutely LOVED our stay at the Shoshone Lodge! The staff was extremely welcoming and the food was delicious! I chose the Shoshone after many hours of researching dude ranches on the internet. We wanted our granddaughters to experience a pack trip in the wilderness and the Shoshone Lodge offered this overnight...

We had a small cabin that was beautiful and very clean. This place is great! The lodge is wonderful, the restaurant was very good, and we also thoroughly enjoyed sitting on our deck and sitting by the campfire. I would definitely recommend staying here! Right in the middle of nature...we even heard an elk braying early the next morning! If...

First, Inread a review of someone saying it was so far from the park.It is only 4 miles from the East Entrance. This is a lovely lodge with good cabins, spacious, and comfortable. It is convenient to the park,,to,Cody, and the Chief Joseph Highway. The food was fair and there was some difficulty not getting seated for dinner, but otherwise there were...

Arrived at the ranch after an exciting trip over the Sylvan pass - not for the faint of heart! We were afraid we might get lost but this ranch is so close to the quite park entrance, right off the main road, that there is no way to miss it. What a nice place! A hunting and horseback lodge, the...

Well worth the three hour drive from home for a two night stay. We were in cabin 21 which sports a king size bed and kitchen. Have plans to return again next year, Lord willing. This place has some history to it and the current owner is the great grandson of the founder. Built in 1924. The cabins and main...
