I wish I could give a negative rating. Our room was a long drive away from the pools or theme park. Our room had a broken phone, both beds were broken, patio door broken, we had to walk to a different building for the ice machine, no patio furniture on the patio. When are rooms where cleaned they didn't even...

Took a family vacation with 5 boys. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early which was great. We were given our passes for Christmas Mountain as promised. Then we were given directions to drive approximately 1 1/2 miles to our room! This was during the off season Feb. The room was ok till I found a soiled...

Rooms at the villages are a dump... Low end motel rooms for the price that you pay. Very noisy and other guests were not mindful of elderly people. Vehicles did not slow down for children that were present.

This resort is not accommodating to it's guests at all. There is a long walk from the villages to the parks. My dad is not able to walk long distances. We asked for a shuttle and they didn't have one. The parking near the parks is for Hotel Rome guests only and is halfway empty. Parts of the park were...

My family and I had booked several mini vacations with mt olympus this past winter when they had deals. Our first was May 22nd through the 25th. The hotel they put us in was outdated, moldy and our room was located right outside a stairwell where the first night close to 60 young adults partied, cussed and did drugs. We...

We arrived Wednesday afternoon around 1pm. I was going to resister and pick up our wristbands but our room was ready. Check in for all of the Mt Olympus resorts is at Hotel Rome. They have about 14 people available to move the process along. I booked a double queen with bunk beds. This room was huge!!! We had a...

I was very worried about our stay since I read so many bad reviews. There are eight of us so I was looking for a good deal and this resort offered just that. They own several buildings all over the Dells, we were in two different buildings, which was ok because we drove two cars from Chicago so it was...

Never make the mistake of visiting Mt. Olympus. The hotel was eerie and uncomfortable- it's filled with sketchy people that were openly drinking in their rooms (isn't this place for kids?) The managers, Noel and Jessica, stated that we could use the parks from after 6pm-9pm; this was a complete LIE. We were not allowed to enter the park after...

Being far from the office some of the guests were a little noisy with their activities. The fixtures appear updated however the TV, fridge, and microwave are dated, they still work. Building 18 is a little way from the action but still close enough. Video cameras maybe a worthwhile investment.
