We made another trip to Chanticleer this past weekend, and as always, it was very relaxing. It's so quiet there and at night, you can actually see the stars in the sky. It's neat to look out the window of the room and see the sheep in the field right there. We've also been at Chanticleer later in the summer...

We have loved this place since our first time going 11 years ago. From the suites to the beautiful grounds it doesn't get any better then the Chanticleer. It gets harder to leave each year. Thank you again for letting us be your guests this weekend. Will be back soon.

This is the absolute best place to go for a relaxing, romantic weekend. We came here first in 2012 and have been back every year since. It's the most peaceful and beautiful place and I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. The rooms are huge and very well-appointed and the grounds are gorgeous and meticulously maintained (including a sheep pasture,...

Driving in the blooming flowers and grazing sheep were a welcomed us and it just got better. Opening the door to check in ,the smell and look of the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies was so inviting ....just could not resist tasting one.The bowl of fresh fruit ran a close second! Our room had a balcony overlooking gardens and countryside,...

My husband and I have spent two anniversary's at Chanticleer and have love it both times. We stayed in a cabin each time and while the cabins are a little more than a traditional hotel stay we feel it is worth every penny. The quiet surroundings, the wildlife, comfortable beds, very clean and the breakfasts are really yummy. The decor...

Beautiful room. We stayed for along weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier with our decision. We stayed in the Stables suite. The breakfast is hand delivered to your suite in a charming basket at your desired hour; not to mention delicious. So quaint and reasonably priced.

The Chanticleer Guest House is a gorgeous property just outside of Sturgeon Bay, WI. With all of Door County nearby for exploration, we had a relaxing and peaceful weekend in late fall. The hosts and staff are attentive and kind. Be sure to take a walk on the grounds, and enjoy the in-room jacuzzis. Breakfast was delicious and we will...

We wanted to go away for a nice relaxing getaway for our 33rd wedding anniversary and I knew I wanted to go to Door County. I looked online and found the Chanticleer in Sturgeon Bay. It looked beautiful online but it did not compare to what we found when we actually got there. The property is breathtaking, especially in October...

I would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful, quiet, comfortable cabins with great views. Still a convenient location outside of the bay with less than a 5 minute drive to businesses, but it feels like I'm in the middle of nowhere. The hosts are so incredibly kind and welcoming. This is their life and passion and it shows. We did have...
