We stayed at this wonderful B & B shortly after Christmas, 2013. The two story room was spacious, clean and very quiet. The Innkeeper was professional, courteous and extremely helpful as to local dining and attractions. The breakfast (on an scale from 1 to 10 --- with 10 being the best) was at least a 10.5 !!!

My husband and I stayed in room 4 for one night. The room itself was very nice, and we liked that it was two levels and we had room to spread out a bit! The bed was comfortable, and the whirlpool tub was a nice treat. Our breakfast consisted of real scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, orange juice, fresh coffee, and...

We discovered that my wife and I have been visiting the Inn for 14 years. It has been our go to destination to celebrate our anniversary--just far enough away that we feel like we are getting away. We almost always opt for the Samuel Roundsville room, which is on the first floor and has its own outside entrance. We like...

It was a 2 story suite and was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I loved the...

From the moment we spotted the chocolate chip cookies and were welcomed by Jackie, we knew we had chosen a great b&b. Our two-level suite was spacious but cozy and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the French toast. We had to leave early one morning, so our hostess delivered breakfast early, to our room. Our visit was wonderful.

“Cole room had a 2nd floor view and a lot of windows, including the unique decorative window above the bed. (Harder to watch the TV from bed with the daylight reflection, but there is another TV.”

“The two story rooms have spa tubs and a separate living area with flat screens, wet bar and comfy seating. We love the Samuel Roundsville room on the main floor, which once was the residence of the Inn owners. This room is the only room on the main floor, with all the other rooms accessed by stairways at the front and rear of the property. If you don't want to climb stairs, this is your only option. You really can't go wrong with Amy of the rooms though. They actually don't have a pool, but I could not get the field to zero out. If they did have a pool, it would be equally outstanding and of high quality.”

“It's a historic property. The street noise has been mentioned as an issue, but I personally think that is something that you are going to get when you are in a downtown area in an older building. We were in room 4, the snow plow traffic was loud (what are you going to do after a snow storm, lol??). I would choose that room again.”
