Hubby and I came here for a getaway/ babymoon before the expected arrival of our third child at the end of the year. What a gem! Some questioned why Racine and now I say why not! This B&B was the perfect spot for the relaxing, layer back weekend we hoped for. Room was beautiful, inviting and comfortable, with great view...

Absolutely beautifully renovated Inn. We stayed in the suite and the room was ridiculous. Everything was first class. The rain shower and jacuzzi tub next to the fireplace were amazing. The sunroom was so relaxing with an amazing view of Lake Michigan. The bed was so comfy. The sheets and towels and everything so clean. Little touches like chocolates and...

I am fortunate enough to travel round the world and stay in various different places but I have to say that this is one of the best hotels/inn's I have ever stayed in. The hosts are most welcoming whilst remaining professional but it is just the feel of the place that is so special. The attention to detail in the...

This is an Inn that you want to rate "excellent" however there were areas where they could have lifted their performance. Firstly, room selection is paramount. There are some exceptionally lovely rooms in the inn, largely on the 2nd floor with wonderful views out over the lake. They, like the public areas are gracious and elegant. Other rooms whilst comfortable...

We stayed here for the Racine Ironman 70.3 in July 17 2016. The place is literally amazing. Every room is breath taking, and What is up with that bed???? I could not or want to get up in the morning, the best sleep I ever had. The staff is very very nice, even the little guy helping in the morning,...

I loved it here. It was clean, quit and very friendly. Staff was readily available, my bed was almost criminally comfortable and everything I needed was close at hand even bottled water and snacks. Breakfast was fantastic with an endless supply of Kringle and good company with the other guests. Shake was wonderful.

We all felt very much at home there. Each of our rooms was nicely furnished and very clean. The house has many delightful areas to sit and relax and beautiful views...

Having grown up in the area, I go up to Racine 5 or 6 times/year to visit friends and family. I normally stay at the Radisson on the lakefront and have been very satisfied staying there but since I was going to be staying Christmas day/night I wanted something that was a bit homier. I decided to try the Lochnaiar...

My husband and I spent a week at the Lochnaiar Inn over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We have never felt so welcome or at home at a bed and breakfast. Shea made certain we were taken care and comfortable. We had a leisurely breakfast each morning in the breakfast room surrounded by the lake view. After a day of family and...

I had never stayed at a B&B before. My fiance and I were looking for a place to relax and get away from the bustle of Chicago. Lochnaiar Inn more than met that need. The home is quaint and lovely. I love the way it looked, from the outside to the furnishings in each room. We stayed in room 3...
