I arrived just before 12 Noon on Sunday, November 8th.I asked at reception if the room was ready, I apologised for coming early, but he checked and said it was, I had wait for about ten minutes, but that was no problem. My friend and I were allowed in at around 12.15 pm, very good. The room as is normal...

Full marks to Molly for helping us. Our son came down with a migraine during the journey so we had to change our plans and head to the hotel early in the hope of getting into our room so that he could lie down. Our room had been cleaned but we were too early to check in so Molly let...

Used this hotel as a stop over whilst working in the area. Very easy to find from the M5. As always with Premier Inn very comfy bed and a great nights sleep. Had both evening meal and breakfast and both were spot on. The Service was also very good. Definitely a recommend for the area.

Plenty of parking spaces, checked in online so just went upto screen, tap a few things and room cards dispatched. Room as always very clean and comfy, did not have food here but did visit the bar all but briefly as there was a lot of bad language flying around from both male and female guests or visitors, staff were...

Large family group stay last week and all 10 of us delighted with our stay. We used the in - house restaurant and bar with a wide range of meals fairly priced and well presented. Shame the bar could not supply 'proper ' Guiness ' from the keg . A hugh selection of breakfast items so all very fine Rooms...

A lovely Premier Inn with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was as we expected from a Premier Inn. We stayed over during Halloween and the reception area was decorated with lots of festivities which our children loved!! Would definitely recommend a stay here!!

Conveniently located for a business trip to the Bristol Wool Fair, just a couple of miles away. Friendly staff, pleasant accommodation and a spacious car park (very helpful when trying to reverse a van !). The only drawback was the cluttered streets on the approach which were thronged with cars either side.

We've stayed at this Premier Inn a few times now and we've stayed at a lot of Premier Inns throughout the JK. This is one of our favourites. It's handy for the motorway, for Bristol and for Cribbs Causeway shopping centre. Negatives first; some of the newer Premier Inns have a larger TV on the wall opposite the bed. This...
