For several years I worked in Milwaukee and visited the Potawatomi casino, but never stayed at the hotel. Finally we stayed, and the room was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. During the virus the restaurants were closed but room service was available. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The casino is well adapted for social distancing with Plexiglas dividers placed between slot machines. The servers were attentive and available for beverages. Overall, this property did a nice job in providing a safe environment and still offering entertainment for their guests. We will return!

I stayed on the 18th floor on Tuesday 9-22-20. They were taking appropriate safety precautions. I travel frequently and this room did meet expectations for a 4.5 star property. The hotel offers great skyline views or views of Miller Park if you are on the other side. The coffee maker and WiFi all meet expectations. The chair next to the windows in the room was very comfortable.

I went to Potawatomi Hotel and Casino this last weekend (6/13/2020) for my first trip since the COVID-19 Pandemic started. I was never in fear for my health or safety with the measures they have taken to prevent the spread. If anything, I think they are maybe too restrictive. I was able to set up 2 sessions, 5-8PM and 9-Midnight. We had a hotel room, corner suite, and it was absolutely beautiful...very clean, nice room! The staff puts a sticker over the key slot so you know it is clean prior to entering, there is a safe in the room if you want to store your valuables. I really like how the elevators are setup for the hotel. You need a key card to swipe to even use the elevator to get up to the rooms. As for the casino itself, you have to wait in line to get screened first before going in. Once you get in, you have to use your player's card or email on your phone with your reservation to get in. It took us about 15-20 minutes after our session started to get in. Once inside the casino was VERY clean, probably the cleanest I've ever seen it, no smoke smell either as there is no smoking currently INSIDE Potawatomi Casino or Hotel, although they did have a designated smoking area outside near the theater. Keep in mind you will need to wear a mask during the current COVID restrictions. Every other machine is turned off and they have dividers between each of the slots. None of the table games were in operation and I believe the most that could have been in the casino during my sessions was 400-500 people max (including staff). My bankroll for this trip was $750, I play $3-$5+ a spin. The slots felt normal, not overly tight, not overly loose. I did have a few decent wins, after my first session I was up about $250, after the second session I was down about $150. I felt rushed as there was a time limit on how long I could play, which probably contributed to my overall session...on a normal trip I can spend 6-8 hours easily playing. All the restaurants were closed to in-person dining, however they had RuYi and the Fire Pit Sports bar open for carryout only. The orders need to be placed at least 45 minutes before your session ends to ensure you get it. Both had limited menus, and were average for casino dining price wise. My wife got beef and Broccoli, I got chicken fried rice, both were substantial portions and cost $28 total. All self serve beverage stations were off, as well as drinking fountains during my visit...although there was cocktail staff available for drinks, including alcohol. A Coors light was $4.25, mixed drinks are more expensive. Overall, I was happy with my visit, however I will not be returning again until they relax COVID restrictions. I did not care for the wait getting in, additionally I had to wait again for my second session even though I had not left the hotel during my stay. I think they should allow hotel guests unlimited sessions during their stay and not make them leave while they clean for the 1 hour they are closed. Overall I give this visit 4/5 stars...mainly because the wait to get in.

I stayed a couple days in the new tower of the Hotel and the room was beautiful! But the best overall part was speaking with a Security Supervisor Taylor. Taylor assist me when I had a weird feeling about a guy watching me and my friends. Taylor was professional and went right up to the guy and kicked him out. Taylor came back and apologized about the weirdo and even went and got my mother a soda so she didnt have to wait on a waitress. Taylor made our safety her top priority and even spoke with her officers like they were equal to her. As long as Taylor works there we will keep returning!!!! Thank you for hiring honest people!

We went to Potawatomi Hotel and Casino to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was fantastic. From the valet parking, to check-in and gaming, the experience was great. We had a junior suite and it was beautifully furnished. The most comfortable bed we've ever had in a hotel. The hotel provided shuttle service and the drivers could not be more courteous and helpful, especially Harlan. The steakhouse was very good and the bars were fun to experience, with music at the 360 bar. We're definitely going back!!
