When checking in front desk agent was extremely rude. I did enter with out a mask so I kindly asked her for a face mask her response was this is not a retail store. while she is checking me in she was on the phone the whole time. She was very rude and careless of her actions and attitude. When entering another hotel, the lady also stated that she was a rude person and always like that. I would not recommend checking in with the 3rd shift lady
Be sure to bring ear plugs. I forgot mine. We checked in at 4pm. At 9:45pm there was loud noise of people talking nearby. When it lasted for 30 minutes we checked out at 10:30pm. The desk clerk said I should have said something to her about the problem. My experience with desk clerks in noisy hotels is they ignore your first call and tell you that you are oversensitive on your second call. We went to bed early and I did not want to move my wife in the middle of her sleep. At 10:30pm we checked out and drove the 350 miles back to our home and slept there. It was my fault, I did not pack ear plugs.
I recently took a trip to Milwaukee for a Bucks basketball game,and was looking for a nice clean and most of all affordable hotel to stay for my visit,when i came across the Fairfield inn about 5 minutes away from the Stadium this was my first time staying at this hotel but to my surprise i couldn't believe the service from management that i received at check in (Virginia and Clint) they made me feel as if I was a regular guest who visited this hotel all the time the housekeeping was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious. I mean from suggestions where to visit and the best places to eat while in town was truly outstanding! It is safe to say this is where I'll be staying when ever I go to Milwaukee so if you want go clean service go to the Fairfield inn downtown Milwaukee and i guarantee you won't be disappointed.…
Under fabulous manager Susan is a gem in Glendale Wisconsin. She and her staff run a friendly, professional and clean hotel. We were greeted with sincere smiles and helpfulness from each staff member and they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Other reviewers cite the traffic noise from the Interstate but they will and did accommodate us to the quiet side. We will stay here again! 5 stars to Susan and her team!
The hotel is great, clean and has a great basic breakfast in the morning. The one thing that ruined my arrival after flying all day- two flights to get there was Stephanie. The rudeness, the disrespect was something I have NEVER seen in the customer service business. We had some mix-up- we needed more guidance and she acted as if we had leprosy.refused to help fix the documentation and to direct us- She refused to take the phone to speak to the person who made the reservation- she then took it and responded rudely. She even responded rudely to her coworker who offered to help. The next day, I saw her again and said hello and she did not even respond. She was just plain horrible and we had reserved multiple rooms. She is bad for business.
