Work Vaca I love love love this hotel in the heart of downtown Milwaukee walking distance to so many restaurants consignment stores etc. All the staff here are amazing and very accommodating to everyone that steps foot in the door. This is truly a home away from home
During our anniversary week, we took 10 days to travel. After 2 out of 3 not so pleasant accommodations this Homewood Suites made our trip!! The only negative thing I can say is they do not have parking, but once we were told there is a public garage across the street everything was wonderful. Our King Room was beyond clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was well supplied with what we needed. The bonus is the full size kitchen, which we did not utilize anything but the refrigerator (it even includes a dishwasher). They did not offer the Evening Reception, but did offer a wonderful hot breakfast. This was truly our best stay on our trip. Located in the Historic Third Ward, across the street from the Market and River Walk. We would highly recommend this fine hotel and will stay every time we return to Milwaukee!…
I’ve stayed at Homewood Suites for 2 separate business trips, and I can confirm it is my favorite. June and the rest of the staff are friendly, Jose is really kind, and the location is perfect. 10/10!
Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Lady (didn't catch a name, but has short hair) at check in was super friendly and helpful. Room was great and clean. Came with a fridge and small kitchen. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean but nothing elegant. Location was excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Gentleman (Juan, I believe) keeping the breakfast area was very friendly and hard working. Hot tub felt great! Perfect temp. Only complaint is the room with the hot tub and splash pad was cooler than the rest of the hotel (I'd guess around 65 degrees). I asked a lady at the front desk if they could turn on the heat, as the vents were blowing out cold air. She said she would work on it. Hours later, nothing changed. Also the splash pad was unusable as the water was ice cold. I asked about that as well, but was told that it wasn't heated. That was such a disappointment, as it was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel (and spent over 200 for one night). I would have booked elsewhere that at least had a heated pool for the kid. For that reason alone, I would not stay here again. Everything else was wonderful though.…
Great location and they take dogs! The only issue is the little coffee maker in our room did not work. Soooo we just went downstairs for coffee. The location is amazing; it is right next to the public market which is outstanding.
FIVE STARS!!! This is our fourth time at Homewood Suites in the Third Ward and it is absolutely fantastic! It’s the only place we will stay in Milwaukee! The rooms are spotless, there are full kitchens, wood floors, huge windows and HIGH, HIGH ceilings! Kenneth at the front desk is an ABSOLUTE GEM and you don’t find customer service like this anywhere. We have travelled all around the world and, honestly, this is a top notch experience! We can’t wait to come back!
The room and service were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it in the future. Excellent place to stay to explore downtown Milwaukee!
This was by fary best experience at a hotel in over a year. Kenny was absolutely amazing!! I travel for work and since the beginning of the pandemic I have often said that customer service is dead, however Kenny is a testament that it is not dead. He was very engaging from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and was able to check in upon arrival. Our room was clean and neat. Just through general random conversation I made him aware that we chose to visit Milwaukee randomly for my wife's birthday. We went for lunch at the public market and upon our return there was an amazing gift basket on our room for my wife's birthday. She was elated, and this was just the beginning. He suggested amazing food and things to do while we visited and his suggestions were spot on. I wish every one every where was this nice and welcoming. He is the best Hilton property Associate I have ever encountered and it isn't even close. I've been a diamond member for almost 10 years and this is one of the few times I can truly say I felt like a Diamond member. Thank you thank you thank you!! I highly recommend this property and Kenny!!…
Friendly, professional, suggested restaurants and things to do while in Milwaukee. Our flight was canceled they were accommodating with extending our stay. Definitely stay here if you want a big beautiful clean room. Snacks/wine to purchase at lobby. Close to all restaurants/bars.
An extremely cool hotel in a building full of history. It was kept to maintain its historical industrial background with a modern fit for today. The staff is helpful, free breakfast was very good, and the gym had much to offer!
