I called 30 minutes before my arrival and was guaranteed a room. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by staff. Check in took less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly, courteous, professional, engaging and attentive. Fred and Lamont were awesome. Their customer service skills and conversation was wonderful. I love staying at Sleep Inn in any state. They never disappoint. Great front desk staff. I’ll definitely be back!! Room was very clean and comfortable
Do not trust this place. I set a reservation for September 24th, 2020 and cancelled upon arrival because I was lied to. I was told the pet fee is $50.00, that they have swimming , and that they have breakfast ALL OF WHICH WAS UNTURE. No breakfast no swimming and the pet fee is $79.13 with tax. The hotel smelled bad like animals and mold - I cancelled. I was told no problem I wouldn't be charged. I was charged and charged a second pet fee the following day September 25th a day I had no reservation for. I called and was told wait 5days it would go back on my card. It never has. This second pet fee charge still stands today , was stolen from my account. I spoke to the bank and Sleep Inn has made no attempts to reimburse. I called the hotel and have been given the run around and the general manager does not respond, another staff said they were the manager for a week and then admitted they are not. Another staff member stated he is the person who does audits for the hotel told me to send my bank statement to his PERSONAL EMAIL ACCOUNT bc they don't have hotel staff emails and he uses his personal email to deal with the hotels financial affairs. Choice Hotels is who you reach if you call thier corporate office also has done nothing. First I was told I was reimbursed then never charged. Staff used my account info and took $79.13 the day after my cancelled my reservation and are denying it ever happened. I have bank info and cancelation records. DO NOT TRUST SLEEP INN- THEY STEAL FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND LUE TO REFUSE PAYING YOU BACK WHAT IS DUE. The top of the picture shows where I was charged as it has a balance noted on the left, the bottom shows the 2 charges on different days.…
I was recently handicapped in confined to a wheelchair Sleep Inn has been more than accommodating to my needs with having a wheelchair accessible room the bathroom was big enough to get my wheelchair in and had the handrails in which I needed the front staff woman Tyler it is amazingly nice she has answered all my questions and I definitely will be staying at other sleep Inns along my trip if ever returning to Milwaukee I will be staying at this sleep in even if it is $100 a night for the room
Tyler was amazing! She went above and beyond the call of duty and she deserves recognition for her efforts. She is a diligent, caring, hardworking employee which is hard to find these days. I applaud her for taking time that she didn't have to take out of her day to help me organize a last minute classroom setting in their conference room near the lobby. She set tables and chairs up for me to conduct my business and with less than an hour of notice. During the time I got to know a little about her and her family and she made my experience top notch! Thanks Tyler and also big shout out to Lamont for his hospitality and professionalism. From what I can see you have some good workers who seem to care about the well being of the guests. Big cudos folks!
We stopped in Milwaukee prior to starting a Route 66 trip. Check-in was easy, and the hotel staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good breakfast with a lot of choices. The price was reasonable.
