I stayed at the Pfister on a Sat evening with my family. We paid extra and requested a suite. What a disaster. I asked for a room with a view & was placed on the second floor facing another building and an alley. They AC didn't work in our room so we couldn't get the temp lower than 79 all...

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Having a room that is too hot for comfort is definitely uncomfortable. We've taken action to rectify the issues you encountered in that room, and sincerely apologize for it happening during you stay. From my understanding, our General Manager, Tim Smith, should be in contact with you shortly if...

The Pfister hotel just keeps getting better. The grand dame for lodging in downtown Milwaukee. Beautifully appointed lobby, rooms, fine dining, and a bar on the top floor with a view! Very good location to walk around and explore.

A breathtakingly beautiful hotel that is currently marking 123 years of excellence in providing outstanding service in an elegant setting. When you walk into this hotel for the first time, you immediately sense the historical ambience of detailed woodworking, quality of architectural materials, & the Victorian style of luxury in furnishings. Constructed as the brainchild of a German immigrant, Guido...

Stayed here while on a business trip. Really impressed with the hotel. Nice rooms. Great service. Lovely facilities. I'd recommend availing of the 32nd floor food services as the breakfast has a fantastic array of options, and it's nice being able to pop up for a bottle of water and then orderves in the evening. There's a nice bar just...

I'm hoping this will make it to the General Manager- I am in town for business with Northwestern Mutual. I checked into the beautiful Pfister on Saturday, May 6th. I am a native of Milwaukee and love the historic presence and superb reputation of the Pfister. Now, with all of this being said, I was quite disappointed when I was...

We stayed just one night, but it was clear that the Pfister is an outstanding hotel. Everything went smoothly and effortlessly, from arrival to check-in to check-out. We were assigned a lovely one-bedroom suite in the old building. It had the charm of a vintage hotel with all the modern conveniences and amenities one would expect in a new facility....

We're glad to hear you were impressed with our historic ambiance and modern amenities. The next time you stay with us, we suggest trying out our Blu Lounge, which is directly adjacent to our Club Lounge. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan, and some amazing cocktails. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and thank you for your feedback!

We family had a great stay at the Pfister over Presidents Day while visiting Marquette. While the views from the Club Lounge and the beautiful lobby were impressive, the thing that left a lasting impression was the professionalism of the staff. Our first night, we stayed on the 21st floor and experienced quite a bit of late night noise from...

Had private dinner on 23rd floor. Appetizers were all excellent, lovely cheeseboards, fresh fruit. Fish entree and salad were delicious. Our waiter was very attentive. Very nice setting with excellent views of the city. There is a parking garage on site, but Uber's or taxis are readily available. Hotel is a beautiful city landmark. Highly recommend for events. Rooms are...
