As with any establishment, it pains me to have to write a one-star review. After several moments of deliberation, I’ve decided that FOR NOW this hotel deserves only one star. I’m an optimist, and I want to give this Four Points a second chance when improvements are made. Please know this is an objective, thorough review that simply brings to light clear problems with the property and its operations. Nothing against anyone in any way. - I use a power wheelchair, and while I never specifically request a wheelchair-accessible room when I travel, it’s always nice to have. The front desk specifically said I had this room when I checked in. Ok, great, no difference in price, and always convenient! But I had a really hard time believing this room I had was actually meant for mobility-reduced persons. It was MINUSCULE. I had THE hardest time navigating my power chair in and out of the super narrow hallway, and I had to continuously swing open the bathroom door in order to back into the bathroom to turn around so as to face the exit door. That was the only way of driving my chair in and out. When I parked my chair in the room, it easily took 2/3rds of the hallway space. Coupled with a little water bottle stand jutting out of the left wall, simply walking from my chair to the beds was a maneuvering competition. Very awkward, and especially so for guests struggling more than me. Some chairs are much bigger, heavier, and manually run instead of driven electrically like mine. I am 99% sure they’d struggle in this room. I implore management to quickly and effectively look into this problem to avoid future trouble. - Complimentary guest shuttle from airport cannot accommodate my chair. That’s violating Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. I highly suggest you either fix the transportation issue or write on your website that you cannot take power chairs, so wheelchair users can plan in advance. - The atmosphere of the lobby (and rooms) is tired, antiquated, and in need of renovations. Apparently parts of the hotel are closed due to COVID-19 (as in a long guest room hallway that’s pitch black like a horror movie scene?). The furniture is generally up-to-date, as are some carpets, but walls, air vents, signs, and doors need polishing. Slightly depressing, but sigh. - I really truly don’t like noise in my hotel room when I’m trying to sleep. Like anyone, but I am particularly sensitive as I have sensory-processing disorder. I could clearly hear some traffic noise as I was trying to drift to sleep, which made it tougher to do so. The AC unit was unreliable and not the best at providing white noise, let alone temperature overall. Soundproofing should be improved, at least in rooms facing the larger streets. - One part of my room was not as clean as I’d have expected. I noticed some dirt or grime on the sink faucet. Everything else was fine, though, and up to COVID-19 standards. I did appreciate the little slips at every room’s door saying the room was adequately sanitized before walking in for the first time. - Now I want to highlight the one positive of my stay. The two staff I encountered at check-in and check-out were phenomenal at helping and making sure stays are as best as they can be. At check-in, Deano was extremely friendly and accommodating; he deserves very high praise. He gave me a transit map and food delivery contacts to use during my stay, which were super helpful!! Thanks Deano! April, at check-out, provided fantastic service too, and was very receptive to the mobility concerns in my room I voiced to her. A+ service! Thanks, guys!! All in all, though, I will not be returning here anytime soon due to the aforementioned issues, not even if I have a late flight and want to sleep close to the airport (which it is very close and convenient to, by the way). Until I learn that my negative observations are improved upon, I won’t come back and encourage others to pick somewhere else as well. I appreciate the awesome staff though, and I wish them the best!

The hotel is the closest hotel to the airport. Check in was good, room very clean and spacious. Beds where comfortable. It was hard to find the shuttle van since the name of the hotel is only on one side of the van. It was -4 while we waited for the shuttle. It was circling but we had no idea it was for us since we could only see a white van with no name. After numerous calls to the front desk we finally figured it out. I suggested marking both sides of the shuttle. Other than it was a good stay.

We stayed at Four Points on February 22 and used the Park and Fly option to leave our vehicle in their parking lot while we were on vacation. The room was clean and quiet, quite small but was fine for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The shuttle drivers both to and from the airport (which is just across the street) were prompt and polite. Great service. Thank you. Rate for one night stay and up to seven nights parking was $148.00.

IWe stated for a week. unusual for a hotel near an airport. rooms wee cleans and they helped us in everyway possible to meet our daily needs. I was sick the whole time and the staff did everything they could to keep me comfortable. thank you

Booked a room here as we had a very early flight from Milwaukee Airport. The hotel has an airport shuttle operating 24/7. The hotel also has a fenced area for long term parking ($6.50 per day). On arrival, a very cheerful and helpful April and Alina checked us in .They arranged for the shuttle to take us to the long term parking about a quarter mile down the road with our car and then brought us back. We had a third floor room with a king bed that was spacious and clean. Showers had pumps for soap and shampoo. Wake up call came at 3:30 AM as requested. Got on shuttle to airport which arrived in plenty of time for our flight. Had to wait about one half hour for shuttle to pick us up from airport when we got back. We unexpectedly stayed at four Points again upon return as we did not get out of the airport and back to the hotel until 12:30 AM the day of our return. Cheerfully met at the desk and were booked into a room with a king bed and similar accommodations as previous stay.
