Stayed here for a few days for business, very friendly owners who gave me a great rate. The rooms were clean and had a touch of home. Housekeepers did an excellent job, always had fresh towels and extra coffee. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay i would recommend it

The room smelled like urine. The windows were painted shut. There were cracks in the wall. There were cats in the office building. Yes I have allergies to such. I see the management advertises gay friendly but the gay people I know don't like filth either. My wife was appalled at the condition of the room. This room was over...

We appreciate customer comments. Comments on services are always an opportunity to do better. Having said this, the comments made at this post are inaccurate to the situation. We do have cats. They do like to hang out in the lobby. We do not currently have a way to keep them from doing that and for that I do apologize....

we were coming into manitowoc without a reservation and were searching for a place that would take dogs. Most places were over $100 and it was the last night of our trip and we weren't interested in paying that much. We pulled in and wondered if we'd made a big mistake. Piles of stuff behind the office and around the...

This is a nice little family run Inn with all the amenities a business traveler might need. Rooms are spacious with king sized beds, micro-waves and refrigerators. The place is CLEAN and has a club room with games and snacks if you happen to have kids. There is some road noise with the interstate but the quirky charm, comfortable beds...

After the Super 8 lost our reservation and refused to give us our room at the rate we booked it for we tried to find another hotel. After dealing with less than helpful representives at the Holiday Inn we contacted Birch Creek Inn. The man on the phone was very friendly and even asked me if I had a AAA...

First of all, this is not a B&B/Inn, it's a motel. It sits right next to the I-43, in a very commercial location (next to malls and fast food joints), behind the county Expo grounds. As motels go, it's okay - the rooms are interestingly decorated and have a coffee machine and a small fridge. Mine had an electric heater...

We did a circle tour of Lake Michigan and found this mom and pop motel. Rooms were very clean, beds were VERY comfy. Not a ton of amenities but provided a great nights rest at a very reasonable price!! It is dated in the decor, but I prefer the vintage mom & pop motels!!
