There is no elevator, BUT we stayed on the 3rd floor in a really charming, well maintained room, and did not faint from the stairs. The bedding was luxurious and the bathroom was quite nice with an enormous whirlpool tub. We will definitely go back. It is very old, so if you do not like charm, personality or quirks, do not...

Rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay. I would book again. Inviting lobby and good drinks at bar. Breakfast was included but could have used a few more items. Overall a good value. good choice to or from Door COunty.

Looking for a place that is old, has three stories without an elevator, old tube televisions and creaking wooden floors? This is the place for you. Stayed by default because all the hotels in Green Bay were sold out because of the Packer game. It is located a block from the lake and a nice stroll to visit the lighthouse....

Was double-billed for the room and management will not return calls or provide a refund. The hotel staff when we were there was helpful but the facility is slightly in disrepair. The room had a view of a brick wall three feet away. Pay with cash or don't go!!!!!!!

Upon walking through the door, it had a bad odor, and appeared like someone forgot that company was coming, and no one even straightened up. It appeared filthy, dusty and un kept....

Weren't sure what we were getting into. First of all we had to wait for someone to check us in. Don't be afraid of the old building, it has creaks and noises and has been there a long time. Rooms were clean and adequate. As my wife said they could use a little TLC, since there was some cobwebs in...

This hotel was built in the 1890's and it is not ready for prime time. There is no elevator nor handicap access. The ownership and management of this hotel has changed many times in the past few years. There is no professional staff on location during off peak hours. If you have a problem you have to call them at...

my husband surprised me with a little getaway for our 2nd year anniversary(9/20/16) as soon as i walked in the front doors i fell in love with the hotel. very quaint and peaceful. The staff was fantastic. When they found out it was our anniversary they insisted on upgrading us to a suite. I have not slept that soundly in...

we went there on 8-27-16 with another couple with the sole reason was to see if we could see or hear ghosts, three of us had some kind of encounter. the forth person that was really into the ghosts did not have one encounter. the Ritz's it is not but it is a very quaint.
