Thank you Nick & Louise, it as great to meet you & pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Sorry the eather as so bad, but I can't change it. Lambing is going along not too bad, almost to thirds through, so maybe able to get some sleep in a weeks time.

Old fashioned bed and breakfast on a farm with lovely talented and welcoming people. Best breakfast in the UK . Own eggs, sausage and bacon with best value stay too. Ok this isn't mod cons it's staying at grandmas house. Chris will tell you everything you need to know about the area. Chill cheap and cheerful.

Lovely, homely B&B in country location on outskirts of Bradford with a fantastically warm welcome. Farmer Chris was a great host and took our girls out to feed the animals. Comfortable family room, spotlessly clean, plus delicious breakfast. And only a short distance to a tasty curry house for dinner. Thoroughly recommended if you need somewhere to stay in the...

Very good. The owner, Chris, was fantastic throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Nice clean room, quiet location and definitely worth the extra £2.50 for a full English in the morning. Thank you so much, will be back!

Ann's farmhouse is in a lovely spot just outside Thornton village. I stayed there alone whilst visiting relatives and the 1940s weekend in Howarth recently. I had a lovely three nights in this really charming farmhouse. I loved the birds and animals (especially the lovely, friendly old cat, Tom.) The breakfast was fab, with lovely fresh eggs straight from the...

This is a very quiet venue in the country but close to Halifax and Bradford. We had a good sized family room, clean, with a pleasing view. Electric blankets on all beds. Very small screen TV with good reception. Maybe I missed the extra £2.50 per head for a cooked breakfast (continental breakfast included). It is still a working farm,...

Top marks for this place. Chris the owner is an absolute gentleman. Nice and relaxing atmosphere, we were even given a tour of enclosure for his Peacocks, hens and lambs. Rooms were spotlessly clean. No problem at all recommending this privately run B & B. Keep up the good work Chris.

I have stayed here a number of times. it is a little out of the way. Chris is really welcoming. The rooms are clean tidy and recently refurbished. Warm and comfortable. Ensuite rooms with facilities for tea and coffee in the room. Also electric underblankets (nice in winter).
