We stayed for a weekend of skiing. The location was great! Ski in/Ski Out.The room itself was pretty spacious. We stayed in a 1 BR with 2 couples. The bedroom had a window connecting to the hallway outside so that was strange, we walked by and saw several people changing with the blinds open... It was clean and had everything...

The condos offer the bare necessities but feel like 30 years have passed since the last facelift. Truly ski in /ski out. Can be noisy so stay on second or third floor. The role are nice but the reception is not much help. They don't know anything about restaurants or directions for example, as one would expect from a more...

My son and I have visited Snowshoe Resort now for several years in a row. (See separate reviews of the resort, village and restaurants.) We have stayed in two different buildings during our visits, but we far prefer Mountain Lodge. We rented #207 from a private owner. Check in and check out is done through the front desk and has...

The ski in/ski out location is the saving grace of this hotel. It was close to the slopes and to the shopping/dining area. The bathrooms and living area were on the small side. When all six of us where in the living area it was cramped and uncomfortable. Like other reviewers have said, the facility could use an upgrade. The...

Recently stayed here with a couple friends for a weekend skiing trip. The location is great. Ski in and ski out right at the top of the ballhooter lift. Also right next to the village/restaurants and outdoor pool. While the room was nice and there were updated TVs, overall the building was a little dated and run down. It definitely...

Location wise, Mountain Lodge is hard to beat: its ski in/out right near the longest and fastest lift, The Ballhooter. However, it looks like the facilities were built in the 80' and never updated...First it is the persisting smell of an old dinner, like burnt grease thats everywhere in the common areas and the tired carpetes and peeling paint...Some of...

We stayed here 12/19 thru 12/23 in a 3 br/3 ba unit on the first floor. We rented unit 116 via VRBO and I was great. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Large living space. Good eat-in kitchen. Lots of space for stuff... equipment and ski clothes. The staff at the front desk was very good. Informative, efficient,...

We stayed at Snowshoe's Mountain Lodge during the New Year's holiday week. We were initially given a 2 bedroom unit that was absolutely horrible. It smelled moldy, looked like it was out of the mid 70's, it was dirty and it overlooked the parking lot. We asked for and were given another unit that overlooked the ski mountain and lake....

Mountain Lodge is a great location to stay - especially with kids. It is on one end of the main village which has all the shops, restaurants, rentals, and the ski school - and has AT&T cell coverage. It is ski in/out right at the Ballhooter lift and several other lifts are not far. It was so convenient and easy!...

Had a one bedroom unit that was nothing special but made for good basic accommodations. The building is dated but right on the snow, near the resort "town" and and across from the pool. Hallways are loud with ski boot traffic but if your there to ski then it sure is convenient. You can spend more and get better. I...
