It was a very nice place to stay! The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the staff was friendly. Gas station right across the road, and there were restaurants very close by. It was cold & snowy while we were there, but the heater kept up well and kept the room warm for us.

The room was warm and cozy. Located in close proximity to the ski lodges and within walking distance from John's where we got excellent food at a great price. For the price, I would have liked breakfast included. Service was excellent. Staff always friendly and willing to offer suggestions on local attractions and restaurants.

We just needed a place to lay our heads for one night while boarding at Canaan. It had everything we needed and was comfy. The staff was very nice and accommodating! We would stay there again if we did another overnight trip!

My husband, friends, and I stayed here for 3 nights (December 28th - December 31st). The first night was fine, however the second and third nights were not. We had our DND sign up because we were in the room until the afternoon and didn't want our room serviced. We did need fresh towels and toilet paper later in the...

We very much enjoyed our 1 night stay in this cute family owned hotel. Our room was UTD on all the latest technology, not that it really matters to us to have the latest things, but it was nice to enjoy the HD TV! It was very quiet, allowing us to have a relaxing evening. The room was very clean...

The motel is a budget aware option to the visitors to the Canaan Valley area. While it would not be my first choice if I had to choose the accommodation, staying as part of a group the motel was adequate accommodation for the time I’ve spent in the area. The building itself is old and the age is showing. Small...

I stayed here on a trip to the Canaan Valley recently. The price is very affordable and the bed was the most comfortable of any hotel where I've stayed in awhile. It could use a little bit of upgrading, but it served our purposes and for a rustic area, it fits the bill.

Stayed here for one night with my husband to go to a festival in the area. Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff friendly and motel was clean. Motel is small and older...could use some updating but everything seems well maintained. Few restaurants close by and a 24 hour convenience store across the street. Rooms have a small microwave...

We stayed 3 nights in August. The owners are very friendly and gave us good advice for places to eat. The room was Clean and the Beds seamed new and very comfortable. The room had a mini frig and a microwave. The price is very fair compared to other lodging in the area. The TV channels were great. We didn't...

We only stayed one night, as we were passing through the area. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! We arrived late and got a bit lost on the dark roads. We called and Samantha stayed on the bluetooth with us until we pulled in their driveway. Bed was comfy! Nice hot shower with great water pressure! Quiet location. Clean and...
