After an all day bike ride on the Greenbrier River Trail we stopped in at the Bear Creek Lodge/ Rt 66 Outpost to find something to eat. Rachel fixed us up with a scrumptious veggie pizza and cold beers. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I spent this past weekend there! We loved it quiet and walking distance of the train depot! You won't have cell service and Intenet was iffy in our room but we went to get away so it was perfect! We will stay again!

This place was one of the high points. There are 8 rooms above a combination gift shop and pizza/grill place. We were not too sure of the place, but it was too late to cancel, so we registered (you do that at the grill cashier.) We were very pleased with the rooms. They were not a modern hotel, but were...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Very clean, cute rooms. Very close to the train ride. It actually walking distance. I highly recommend. These picture are taken at the door of the balcony looking at the train station. For the money, this was a great deal. They have food downstairs and at the train station.

Nice room with balcony overlooking the river and the train station. Friendly staff. We'd stay again. It's a shrt walk to the Cass Company Store, train shops and resturant, though we ate on site and it was fine.
