If you enjoy staying in memorable places, Rosedell is sure to be one of them. The mansion is beautifully restored. Holli is a wonderful hostess. Each of the 5 rooms are special. Don't miss the rainbows dancing on the walls as the sun rises in the morning. Nice breakfasts. Super comfy beds.

We passed through Yakima on a road trip and opted to stay at Rosedell as the restoration of such a beautiful house appealed to us. The house itself is gorgeous, and restored to a very high standard by Holli, the owner, who does much of the renovation work herself. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with a beautifully decorated... More

Called 9 days ago in an effort to make a room reservation for 10 nights. Owner had to check availability during the Christmas holidays but promised to call me back. She sounded either busy and/or disorganized. Called her back today after not receiving the promised return call. The whole B & B will be occupied just before and a little... More

We needed a place for 5 couples to stay to celebrate our 35 Wedding Anniversary by going wine tasting in Yakima Valley. This place has been beautifully restored! The accommodations were excellent. Whether you plan to rent the whole place or stay there as a Bed and Breakfast I would highly recommend this place to stay! Thank you Holli for... More

We stayed on the first floor Master Bedroom Suite. The owner, Holli, gave us a tour of the home impressing us with her knowledge of the history of the home, but also of her grasp of construction - she does most of the restoration work herself. The current project is the Carriage House in the back. She directed us to... More

Beautiful early 1909's mansion set on sprawling grounds. Absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the "Turret Room" which was large with a nice bathroom. The owner, Holli was friendly and made a great breakfast too. We will definitely be back the next time were in Yakima.

An early 1900s location , downtown and perched up on a hill, overlooking historic city with a remembrance of what it would've been like to be downtown Yakima, Washington. The owner of this cool, entertainment conducive mansion also lives on site and is more than happy to help with any directions, contacts, or local insights..Receptive and helpful local resources to... We stayed in the Red Room, which was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony where we could sit and enjoy a lovely view. The house is really grand. The breakfast was really delicious and plentiful. The neighborhood is also very pleasant for a long stroll.

We stayed at the Rosedell B&B during Easter weekend and had a fantastic time. This B&B has nice touches throughout that make all the difference -- city guides, winery maps, Keurig coffee available 24/7 and ample on-site parking. Holli served delicious breakfasts on both days (french toast and eggs benny) and was very attentive. Our room was very well lit,... More

We randomly chose to stay in Yakima while on the road home to Victoria, BC, from Portland. We wanted to take a more scenic route than the straight I-5 home. We are so glad we did and happy we found Rosedell B&B online! This is a historic mansion that has been immaculately restored. Each room is huge and has its... More
