Front desk people were very courteous and friendly. Especially Danni and Esmeralda. They were quick to help with directions, shuttles, new keys, or even a friendly smile! Great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling through or here for business.

The staff here was great. They happily addressed any problems we had and came up with a solution. The first room we had hadn't been remodeled. The furniture was old and the king mattress was uncomfortable. The next day they gave us a remodeled room which was freshly painted, new furniture, better bathroom and plumbing fixtures, and the mattress was...

Danni at the front desk was very helpful. Was able to change my room to help accomodate my needs. Danni went above and beyond for other activities in the Yakima area. Her kindness and smile goes a long way. Thanks for having such a wonderful employee on hand.

This hotel recently changed names and is now the FairBridge. But by any other name, it's still noisy, old, and uncomfortable. The mattresses are soggy and you can feel the springs on your back. The rooms are dark and completely without soft surfaces to absorb sound. Any noise in the hall blasts into the room. The TV is tiny. There...

A very old hotel that is trying to renovate. Our team had reservations here and the first problem was instead of putting them all together and near the adult supervision, the first plan was spread out over 4 different parts of the building. A supervision nightmare for all involved. When asked to move just 4 rooms to be closer together...

I was treated well by the owner, manager and all the staff. My room was great with a desk to work at and a nice recliner to do some reading in the evenings. They serve a hot breakfast each day & keep things well stocked. A definite recommend to all travelers to the Yakima area. Plus, it is close to...

We chose this hotel to stop overnight as it was close to the highway, supermarket and restaurants. We were able to park right next to our room which is great when you have suitcases. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was basic, slightly worn but clean. It was spacious with a large window but no view....

Absolutely no attention to detail. Stairways haven't seen a vacuum cleaner in years, Walls dirty everywhere, soap not refilled in public bathroom (2 days). Carpet rippled, in renovated area, Old Sheetrock spackle not cleaned up. Good points- room was clean, although I was afraid to look anywhere other than the bedsheets and bathroom and front desk staff were very nice...

Thank you fro trying us in Yakima. The entire first floor is being renovated and we are trying to keep the dust to a minimum. It sounds like vacuuming needs to be done more often in the day and not just in the late morning when housekeeping does it. Thank you again for allowing us to improve.

We booked this hotel for a large weekend group party on a referral from another hotel. From the start of the planning to the logistics and completely through our stay we could not have been happier. The employees were all very friendly and attentive to all our last minute needs, changes etc. Even the GM was hands on in the...

Conference in this hotel for work. Not clean, bathrooms were not working for most of the time we were there. Food was awful. Would have been nice to have drinks available that we're decaf!!! Even asked at one point and was told not available. Nice people but would not recommend.

Thank you for letting us know of your experience. We usually do not get complaints of our quality of food. We will also pay better attention to the public bathrooms throughout the day, especially during a conference.
