We enjoyed our 2 night stay, first floor lodge room. Rustic & comfortable. Nice covered patio overlooking river. Very comfortable king bed. Bathroom conveniently arranged:with useful touches: shelves on which to put toiletries. good quality towels (I would have appreciated a couple of extra hand towels, however) Excellent location: Walk across pedestrian bridge for breakfast at bakery or for dinner.,

The front desk was very helpful in checking us in and suggesting a fantastic place to eat based off our preferences. The location is just far away from the town to allow for some peace and quiet yet close enough to walk to food and activities. We even had a mama and baby deer in front of us on our...

This is a mid-line hotel that is immaculately clean. The rooms have a rustic charm, and all the amenities of home. My room was a king room, which had a sofa and a small dining table. It also had a balcony with a small table and chairs. In the evening I watched a doe and her fawn walking within 10...

Stayed here on a road trip. This is a new property, well built and generally very good quality. The owners daughter is delightful and is anxious to help and be accommodating. The owner is also on the property and anxious to make sure you are happy. Including showing how to use the complicated tv remote. The motel is across from...

This is a nice, clean place to stay with nice staff. However if you like to surf the web in the eve, take a pass I have no idea how hotels these days think crappy internet access is no big deal. Other than that, it was a nice stay! Winthrop is a very cool town, next time we come we...

The room that we had was very comfortable and very quiet. Even though the road was close, we couldn't hear any noise. The private deck was a great place to sit and read and listen to the river run by. It was a nice walk from town by using the walking bridge. It had a nice view of the river.

This motel is excellent for a visit to a western themed town like Winthrop, Wa. Some of the motel was constructed from a pine tree that grew on the property.....beautiful , unique and perfect to be placed beside the rolling Methow River, that we have a few feet from our patio. The first morning we saw deer meandering along the...

My friend and I stayed at Methow River in the lodge. What a delightful place. Nicely appointed rustic style room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, wine glasses, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. You can walk in the front door, walk directly through the room and out the sliding glass door to your own private patio with table...

My husband and I picked the Methow River Lodge totally at random and were we ever pleased! Little did we know that the owners were originally from our home town of Port Townsend WA. We enjoyed chatting about people and places we both knew over delicious coffee in the lobby! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large...
