This is a hotel room that you should bring your kids to, It has tons of space, and lots of amenitiest they will enjoy. The location is prime, and the price was in a good zone. I will be coming back to this hotel when in town.

We have stayed overnight here a few times to break up the 6 hour drive from Oroville to Tacoma. It is a nice hotel and a good location close to a number of restaurants and a mall. The rooms are large and very clean.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Mold in the refrigerator the front desk did nothing. They have a hug ant problem. When we went to the front several times there was never a manager on site. So I called them and they never returned my call. This was my 30 annaversary and it was not good. Shame on you...

We value each and every one of our guests and I truly apologize that we failed to provide you the best possible service. There is no reason, nor is it acceptable, to be checked into a room that was not properly cleaned. I would like to apologize that a manager was not on site for you to speak with regarding...

The hotel was very clean but the front desk clerk charged us a higher rate even though we had a reservation that quoted a lesser rate. She said because the hotel was "full" we had to pay the higher rate. Upon check out, a different desk clerk was able to adjust the rate to our original quoted reservation rate. It...

Comfortable and clean rooms, bountiful breakfast, accommodating staff, beautiful grounds and pool water temperature was perfect. I've never seen such great accommodations for the disabled in a pool setting anywhere. We'll be back.

This was a last minute booking - so we took what was available. The lower level double Queen room was spacious, clean and relatively quiet even though it faced the pool and courtyard. Air conditioner and Fridge were cold. Coffee pot worked. We didn't try the microwave but I bet it was ok. The TV is the old style and...

Upon check-in I asked if I was given the government rate as I am a state employee. The young gal working the desk acted like she had no idea what I was asking for and eventually told me the group rate I was given was less expensive but it turned out to be much more. I was also told at...

The Red Lion is just okay. The rooms are very spacious and they have all the amenities you could need (refrigerator, microwave, business desk, etc), but the TVs lack the modern appeal. The beds are comfy and the room and hotel In general were clean. The hotel features an amazing breakfast! Make sure to have you walking boots on as...

I stayed in room 326. The bed wS delightfully wonderful as we're the pillows. The arm chair in the room had stains on the arm rests. The shower didn't worked well and could use a good descaling. The little coffee pot handle was ready to fall off. We ate dinner in the Grizzly Lounge and was quite surprised at the...

Located on hotel row on Wenatchee Avenue this property may not be as grandiose as some other Red Lions but it has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It's your basic three story walkup in white with brown trim and has indian motifs around the roof tops. There is a hot tub and a swimming pool equipped with a...
