Proximity to airport made this hotel a good choice. Room furniture and bathroom fixtures could use update, but the staff and overall experience were good. On site restaurant provided a delicious meal option allowing me to stay within the property. Evening social and complimentary breakfast were very good perks.

Getting in before midnight, exhausted, we were lucky to have Octavia, the one woman show, check us in at the front desk reception. There were a long line of customers and Octavia very professionally, calmly and competently took care of one weary traveler after another. We were there the night that flights were routed to Seattle since Portland's Airport was...

Pro's: Rooms great when traveling with Children. 2 Tv's and a separate bedroom for adults. Evening Reception and Complimentary made to order Breakfast-as well as premade items and pastries. Good Location Friendly staff Con's $15 per day parking fee Small pool that is very crowded with loud children and making it challenging for younger kids to play or swim. My...

Nice renovation to this Embassy Suites. It is quite modern looking now. The most practical hotel for a family of 8 to stay at. Short drive ( 5 min or less) to Southcenter mall and many restaurants. Breakfast is predictable and the evening reception is fun. Rooms are great with separate living room.

This is the first time I stayed in an Embassy Suites hotel. I was very impressed by the welcome feeling from the staff. My only complaint is I am from Alaska and when I arrived the room was 72 degrees. I could not get it cool enough without opening the windows to the room for a few hours. 65 degrees...

We spent three nights at the Embassy Suites with our two kids. Parking was secure. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. One child was able to sleep on the sofa sleeper and we got a rollaway bed for the other. Breakfast was great. There were made to order omelettes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, cereal, and pastries....

The name says it all. literally a pile of dirty dishes in the hallway and a poorly cleaned and maintained room. Dirty. Refrig did not work and was dirty. Couch was old, dirty and stained. Desk chair was disgusting as was the nasty desk. Tape stuck to the wall. String hanging from the fire extinguisher. Cold room service with an...

I am on a low-carb diet and ask the bartender, at the evening reception to mix me a special drink with my low-carb beverage. He had no problem making my drink special for me. he made me feel special and hit my beverage behind the counter so no one really knew the difference. Thank you Ed for your spectacular customer...

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast and evening reception. Meeting rooms were well maintained. We were there for a pageant and the food and other items provided by the hotel for the event were very good, clean, and the staff was helpful. Always love staying at any Embassy Suite!

The Embassy Suites have always been a treat for us but they have been purchased by Hilton at some point. The morning breakfast included with the room was always so good with quite a selection. This has been pared back quite a bit but the quality of the food was still quite good. Rooms need updating, but the lobby and...
