We found this place and were so glad we did! It was clean, quiet and it included a sweet little kitchenette and a bay view that was exceptional. It has a hot tub inside of a "bubble" and a small stand alone sauna. It looks like it could also be a great location for a group event as well (for me, I am thinking quilt retreat). We'll be back and will recommend it to friends and family, too.

Nice rooms, clean and friendly. We had a challenge getting a room a month in advance, that’s how popular it is. We ended up with an second floor room. My wife has mobility issues, but there was nothing downstairs and no elevator. The property is aged, but well kept and clean. It’s convenient to the casino and to the marina in Tokeland. We had a very nice stay and will stay there again, maybe giving a couple months notice next time.

We have stayed at the Tradewinds in Tokeland, WA a bunch of times to razor clam and crab. Most recent trip was Presidents Day Weekend 2019. The rooms are great, with a separate bedroom, and a kitchen living room area. The back door leads to a large deck for all the rooms and a cool view of the bay. There is a pull out sofa in the Living room and a fake fireplace that provides heat. Kitchens are stocked well. You might want to bring a larger pan and pot than what is provided to cook your catch. You can't beat the price of $79. The normally friendly staff is a bit surly if you try and check in before 4p.m. but in this case they also recommended that we go get a Shoalwater Casino players card because they were offering an additional 30% discount for those with the card! Almost another $25 off. The percentage offered varies by month. We clammed at the nearby Pier and though there was a lot of crabbers we got 3 nice Dungeness. That coupled with limits of 15 razor clams each and we had a feast back in the room. The Tradewinds offers a cleaning table near their rental building for weddings. They have a pool, but I have never seen it open. All in all a pretty great find on the coast which we will continue taking advantage of.…

Great views of the bay, great rooms and a meeting/banquet facility with a fully stocked kitchen. We’re preparing our meals there. Erin, the manager, is quite helpful. It’s located off the main road with picnic tables along the shoreline.

The rooms were very clean, with a very well equipped kitchenette should you wish to cook and not eat out. We did find the layout very strange - you enter through the bedroom, and then go through the kitchenette and lounge to get to the bathroom. The bathroom did not have an extractor fan nor did the kitchenette. There is a shuttle bus to the casino should you wish to have a drink. They do offer military discount which was a bonus. It would be helpful when booking to know which room numbers are where, we chose 9 which was ground floor at opposite end to reception and near to the meeting room.

We gathered here as a large family group. The meeting room is wonderfully equipped and the views are spectacular! Our rooms were cozy and warm and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. This motel is not directly on the beach, but across a bay from it. Nevertheless, views are amazing, particularly during sunrises and sunsets. Birds and animals abound. There is a grassy area with a concrete patio that has fire pits in front of the units. This was my first visit, and I will definitely return. Loved it!
