Martin and Toni are so welcoming and friendly. We were so late for check in but they were very accommodating. We didn't arrive until after 8:30 - they left a number for us to call rather than ring the doorbell. They didn't want to disturb the other guests. Martin gave a wonderful tour of the unoccupied rooms. We stayed in...

What a lovely property and a great location to enjoy Tacoma after our Alaskan cruise . Restaurants and stores are only a short walk away. A beautiful park and walkway along the water's edge with Mount Rainier in the distance and restaurants are a short drive, as well. We enjoyed the hospitality of the owners, the yummy breakfast and the...

We had a great stay. The owners Toni and Martin were very gracious. They had lots of suggestions for sights to see. The room was quite spacious and we had a private bath that was very large for a house this old. The location was perfect. We have a daughter attending UPS and we were less than 5min. From campus....

Villa was in a nice quiet area in Tacoma yet within few miles of Museum of Glass and the boardwalk. Toni and Martin are wonderful hosts sharing the best sight seeing areas, providing maps, books to visit National parks. Breakfast was fresh and home made . Toni also had snacks for midnight feeders and kitchen was open if you need...

Went here to celebrate our 18th anniversary. Stayed two nights even though there was no minimum stay. Great room (Caserta), delicious breakfast, wonderful hosts. Drove to the Museum of Glass and Tacoma Glass Blowing Studio for the day. Toni and Marting (the hosts) were fantastic. Friendly and willing to help in any way. Delicious home made breakfast with fresh berries...

Usually I stay at the Silver Cloud Hotel in Tacoma, but this time since I was traveling on my own, I opted to stay at the wonderful B & B!! I stayed in the Caserta room, a very nice & spacious coral-colored room overlooking the side garden area. The moment I stepped inside this beautiful house, I knew I had...

We live within 60 miles of The Villa Bed & Breakfast and were looking for a fun, easy way to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. The house itself is charming with incredible views. We stayed in the Sorrento room which had a great balcony, wonderful views, and a fantastic breeze that kept us very comfortable despite the 80 degree day. The...

Two nights while attending a family gathering - very convenient to downtown, UPS, and various attractions. One mile walk to the bayside through a pretty neighborhood. Rooms very comfortable - firm beds, comfortable chairs, nice large bathrooms. Hosts are great - friendly, interesting to talk with, good sense of humor, very helpful. Breakfast was quite good. We will definitely return.
