ZERO ADA accommodations at your hotel. Struggled to get my 90-yr old grandmother through doors that aren't automatic in her wheel-chair or down off the curb out front with no ramp - I was really disappointed. It's 2017 folks..

We unexpectantly had to bring our dogs, and they were welcomed. Every comfort was seen to with cheerful faces. Art throughout the hotel was stunning even though the art on our floor was a little offensive (7th floor). It was my husband's birthday and our anniversary, so they gave us a complimentary breakfast. We had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed this beautiful hotel, the view, and the bar! Food and drinks are a bit pricey but I guess that is to be expected for a good sized city; there was a line at check in but the staff worked efficiently to get everyone checked in within reasonable time! Saw the Oreilly, Miller, Watters show at Tacoma dome which was...

Great view; nice rooms; weird room art and a very loud restaurant with a very silly waiter who told me three times to "enjoy the noise". All this and $16 to park your car. Usual rates around $130+ but for an event night its over $200. There are much better places to stay for the money in Tacoma.

Had my commencement ceremony in Washington. The dinner served for our banquet was good so was the service. Didn't like the delay with having to wait for a room. Overall service was good. Not too long of a wait to receive my car from valet

I stayed here for a work conference and was highly impressed with the hotel in general and my room. It was beautiful with roomy areas to mingle, sit and relax. The themes of each floor were great to see and talk about with my colleagues.

Beautiful hotel. Limited room service. nice staff, beautiful view and rooms. Would come again. The only thing I noticed was that there someone else's old hair stuff underneath the bed, which questioned how clean or who cleaned the room, prior to our visit:(

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Murano. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was very nice. Decor was pretty and it was very clean. We got a great deal on our room at the hotels website. We paid the 20 bucks to upgrade to a higher floor and access to some amenities and free continental breakfast....

Good place to stay, had everything I expected for the price. Valet was very helpful in suggesting ways to get to nearby car museum and glass museum. A couple good restaurants in the area and it was easy to access the area from Seatac Airport via the free Tacoma light rail and bus line 574 (35 minute ride, no cost...

We have stayed at other Provenance properties in the Seattle area and believe that the Hotel Murano is by far the best! Great steakhouse around the corner at Steel Creek. Ideal location for events and other downtown Tacoma activities! The location is perfect for a night out when there is no conference center traffic! Will stay again!
