Stayed one night, booked on Expedia, two adults, one teenager, deluxe two queen room. Pros: Glass art displays are nice, lounge in lobby is pleasant. Cons: Expensive and everything is an up-charge and/or premium rates - parking, water bottles in room, very expensive snack bar in room, anything decent on TV was "premium" upgrade, business center after 15 minutes, printing...

comfortable room, friendly people, nice views. Would stay here again in the future. Would request more towels and toilet paper. Also great workout center, freshly remodeled i think. Thanks for the great time.

I enjoyed my stay but very pricey. Housekeeping kept my room fresh. Love the lamps! The bathrobe was comfy. Staff was very professional. The restaurant menu really sucked. The pricing was high for what you get. Needs more variety or choice. I was there for a dog event and we found rat poison in the dog walk area. That was...

It was just another Hotel Room, like millions of others. Not very nice, not room for 2 to sit, and no place to eat if one ordered the Room Service. It was small, cramped, towels didn't match. And apparently we got the best deal on the best room. The view was nice enough, considering it's Tacoma.

The rooms and service in the restaurant were perfect, but when you check in the front desk clerks are less than friendly. I checked in was barely greeted, came back to the desk because when I went in to my room someone else was already occupying the room! If you want good service at the hotel don't expect too much.

Independent hotel conveniently located in downtown Tacoma. The lobby is elegant. The hotel offers an onsite restaurant, bar, spa, gym and gift shop. The property was clean, the staff was courteous and the bedding was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Murano is a lovely property in downtown Tacoma, close to area attractions, University of WA, and other points of interest & business. The room was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The onsite gym is small but has good quality and diverse equipment. For $5.00, you can buy a day pass at the local Y. The glass display throughout...

This hotel is a real find. Beautifully decorated, the glass artwork throughout the hotel is nothing short of remarkable. Very professional staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, up to date and well maintained. The restaurant service is great and the regular menu extensive. The Savi Day Spa, located within the hotel, is a real treat. Great location with plenty of...

This is a truly gorgeous hotel. Chihuly glass and other wonderful glass works throughout as well as many interesting wall pieces. Great front desk staff who made copies that really helped me in a pinch. Only drawback was the very slow service in the restaurant and the mediocre quality of the food.

I loved this hotel!! Affordable and luxurious but not pretentious. Top notch service and I loved the glass art theme showcasing a different glass artist on every floor. Cozy lounge with a great happy hour. Wish I was there now.
