Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that works behind the snack/coffee counter was so wonderful. He was very nice, took my order and made my food quickly. He made good suggestions and even offered to stay open late to accommodate me. The location of the hotel is great, right by the river and the guest...

They say location is everything and that is true about this hotel. A trail just outside the door goes along the Spokane River which is minutes to Gonzaga University and the beautiful Spokane Falls. Loved the lobby, breakfast and awesome staff. Convenient to the convention center too which we walked to as it is mere minutes away. Great hotel!

My family and I love to stay at this hotel when we just need to get out of our house. The staff is super nice and the GM is the kindest lady you will ever meet. The hotel always looks nice and the pool is clean and inviting. Great location! We will always stay here for our family staycations!

Fabulous place to stay. They bent over.backwards to accommodate our every need. They were extremely cordial as well. They changed out our foam pillows for down and brought us extra towels. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Great light blocking shades, fridge, and extra hangers for a change.

We stayed here for a long weekend visit to Spokane. Close to downtown, Gonzaga and EWS (within blocks), restaurants. We were VERY close to the convention Center (across the street). Rooms were clean, VERY nice lobby, service was great. I would recommend staying here.

This place is good for staying close to river. I wasn't blown away. Food was good, staff friendly. Room was clean but not spotless. Sofa bed only appropriate for small child - thin, squeaky, uncomfortable to sit or lay on. Loud neighbors below us first night but second night was fine. Indoor pool too cold and floor in pool area...

Outside of the bed bugs whose bites woke me at 4am on the first night, you can expect the standard courtyard room layout in both the lobby and bedrooms. The staff is very friendly and worked to change my room (they did upgrade me and offer a glass of wine for the inconvenience) but that didn't help the nagging itching...

The staff was friendly and the room was large and comfortable for the two of us sharing a room. The duvet covers are lovely. I like the fact that I could open the door onto the courtyard as we were on the ground floor, for fresh air, as it did have a bit too much chemical deo. in the carpet....

We had reserved a room with king bed and sofabed. The picture on the online reservation page showed a full size sofabed. Much to my surprise, our room had a much smaller sofa, a one-seater. I suspect it was smaller to accommodate the door that connected two rooms together if you needed adjoining rooms. I was very surprised that we...
