We decided to stay at the red lion as we didn't want the stress of driving early in the morning to the airport with the traffic. It's sooooo nice to arrive in around 4pm the night before. Late / overnight night front desk gal was rude and not helpful. Facility desperately needs updated. Ideal location for stay then fly. Master park people awesome. Friendly and very helpful. Front desk personnel could take customer service course from Master park employees.

Pleasant surprise since my previous stay here, staff was a lot better, rooms are nice and seems like room/hotel amenities were much better this time. Since we were traveling in a group we even had better rate and shuttle from the airport. Appears there is a lot more within walking distance of this hotel than before(i.e. dining, shopping, groceries).

Literally way too hot in the room! Super difficult time sleeping. We tried to adjust the temperature and prop open the window but it felt like at least 85 degrees in the room. The room we had was large & comfy. However the walls were very thin! Could hear everything & I do mean everything. Not fun hearing our neighbor in the bathroom every time! All night long. Dinner voucher was much appreciated. Gregory's isn't 3-star dining but the food was tasty. Front desk staff were friendly. Probably will think twice before staying...

Great value, spacious and comfortable room, bed, and pillows, tastefully decorated, pet friendly, no odor in rooms, large windows. Great location near airport but Did not hear planes. Absolutely loved it!!!

Everything was okay but I think our rooms was either skipped or not cleaned. Everything Else was okay . The location of the restaurant was not the best . The location from airport was great. There could be an over head hotel connecting the restaurant.

Friendly staff Janet helped book us in and arranged parking for extra time by booking us a nite to stay over on our return to Seattle Parking and shuttle service was excellent to and from the airport have stayed here before
