We spent 3 nights at this hotel with our 8 year old grandson. We picked this hotel because of the pool and it did not disappoint. The five story high glass and wood ceiling and totem poles made for a unique atmosphere. We also had good meals at the Aqua/Terra Restaurant. The room was dated with maintenance issues. We had...

Located a short walk to the Light Rail, this hotel makes it very convenient to enjoy downtown Seattle and a much better hotel prices than downtown. Convention hotel, large atrium with indoor pool, lots of kids, avoid ground floor facing pool if you aren't going to use the pool. Atrium does have various sitting comfortable sitting if you want to...

We had a nice stay here. Quick trip layover in Seattle but the shuttle was easy to use and the rooms were nice. We had requested connecting rooms and they were not able to accommodate us which was not that great because I was traveling with my young kids. They later told me the guest staying in the room next...

I good business hotel. There is in room coffee. Good restaurant and bar in the lobby. Restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. Coffee shop in the lobby that opens at 5:00 am is a plus. Rooms are standard, clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, like so many hotels, there is a charge for wifi. If you want the...

I stayed here 1 night for work banquet. My room was nice size, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff extremely helpful and friendly. Bar service excellent but prices are high. Banquet dinner was good.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for a few years now. We like it because it's close to Link Light Rail which takes us to Seattle downtown in around 40 minutes. They have an airport shuttle that runs between the hotel and airport every 15 mins. It used to be free but they started charging $4/room for...

Above and beyond customer service. Checkin was top notch. My room was nice. Each hotel I stay in I request two extra blankets because I like the air to be cold and cover up with a bunch of blankets. Thermostat was on 68, so I turned it to 60. Still wasn't quite cold enough for me, so I asked for...

I stayed here for one night, but wish I had more time! The hotel is a very short shuttle ride from the terminal. (In theory, it is walkable if you know where you're going and don't mind walking through the parking garage.) When walking in, I said to the woman at the front desk, "It's so pretty in here." The...

A nice hotel that is well appointed, the indoor pool is incredible. We were just staying the night, we didn't have much time to do much other than sleep and be at the airport by 0600. I was a little disappointed in having to pay $27.00 for parking but I guess that is Seattle given the cost of the room...
