My husband and I make trips two or three times a year to the Tri-cities area in SE Washington State to visit friends. We’ve had some bad experiences with hotels there. (I will be posting a review on one of the particularly bad ones.)
Check in was very quick.
But the front desk staff kept a copy of our credit card and driver's license. 🙄
