Out in the country (on 14 acres) but very close to the city and restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed this small inn and the hosts (very gracious). The grounds, the rooms, the food, the homemade cookies, the on-site winery and the whole visit was fabulous. My wife and I enjoyed every moment and are very happy that we chose the...

Thanks for your visit and nice words. We enjoy the wonderful guests who come to stay with us - in fact it is the biggest reason to be an innkeeper. New perspectives and new insight are our rewards for any less savory aspects of the job.

Visiting on a business trip, the Meritage Meadows Inn was recommended to me by my colleague, who lives just down the road. Surrounded by a beautiful cedar forest, and with simply lovely grounds, the inn is tucked away from civilisation and provides a genuine sanctuary from modern life, offering a relaxed pace of life that's simply heaven. Bob and Karen...

Thanks for the great review. My experience in my career was that hotel stays were so sanitized and universal that you had to look out the window in the morning to remember where you were. Inside the room looked the same everywhere. Karen and I wanted to create a business friendly accommodation that was very much a northwest experience. We...

Stumbled onto this bed and breakfast by accident. Was Headed over to concert at Chateau St Michelle winery. Usually try to stay at Willows lodge, but their rates have gone out of site. This place is just as nice and the quietness and atmosphere is relaxing. Bob is also a Winemaker, so if you time it right, you can ask...

Thanks for the pleasant review. We are seeing more and more guests who are traveling to Chateau Ste Michelle and Marymoor concerts and recognize that they would enjoy more without driving all the way home afterwards. We are so happy that you found us.

My wife and I were in town for our son's wedding and picked this B&B as the last stop for our vacation. The Meritage Meadows Inn was so peaceful and beautiful. We loved the Red Mountain Room, but the entire house was stunning, charming inside and out, with wonderful wooded grounds to explore (I wish we'd stayed longer!). Innkeepers Bob...

The Inn is charming, tucked away in a lush setting with forest, flowers, pond, and gazebo. From nightly wine tastings to delicious breakfasts to congenial hosts, it's the perfect alternative to a hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and homelike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Thanks GLN. We like to think that hotels are the somewhat less attractive alternative to B&B's but I think yours is a more popular viewpoint.

The B&B is beautifully constructed and is cradled by a cedar forest. There are ample indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and relax and is well-positioned to tour Seattle or the mountains. The breakfasts are without compare...delicious and always with a fresh fruit dish with up to 10 fruits! We B&B a lot and this is at the top of...

Thanks for noticing the recycle program. We are very conscious of the opportunity to cut down on the amount of solid waste we generate. We also offer heated towel racks in each bath so that daily washing of towels is not necessary as they will be dry and fresh the next day. Most of our lighting is now LED to...

Instead of staying at a chain hotel in downtown Seattle or Redmond, we opted for Meritage Meadows Inn. It was the perfect choice. Beautiful setting with great innkeepers. Breakfast alone was worth the stay and we also thoroughly enjoyed the Cinq wines we tasted with Bob. They had super recommendations regarding things to do and places to eat. Will definitely...

I really enjoyed my stay with Bob and Karen. Although it was a business trip, I was delighted to stay in their B&B vs a traditional hotel. It was quiet, well appointed and surrounded by some lovely acreage and an adjoining wine tasting room (which I didn't have a chance to check out!) The bed was very comfortable and the...

One of the real joys for Karen and I is helping our guests discover attractions and restaurants in our area. Redmond is blessed with plenty of both! We are happy that you enjoyed Coho Cafe, one of the "hidden treasures" in our neighborhood.

Innkeepers Bob and Karen are very mindful of creating a peaceful and relaxing experience for their guests. The location is in a very quiet area. We were pleasantly surprised by the snacks (esp. the ice cream) and refreshments that guests can avail themselves to. Bob reserved dinner for us at a lakeside restaurant which gave us a surprise appetizer and...

We have stayed at some wonderful B&B's over the years, but this one is the best of the best. Bob and Karen went above-and-beyond to make us feel comfortable, relaxed and at-home, with beautiful and spacious rooms, gorgeous grounds, delicious breakfasts, homemade cookies and a variety of snacks, beverages and even ice cream treats available around-the-clock. We could not have...
