My husband and I had a wonderful three night stay at this B&B. The owners were extremely welcoming and offered great advice prior to our excursions. The property is beautiful, and it is close enough to Redmond to have plenty of options for dinner. But it is far enough away to feel like you are tucked away. The breakfasts were...

Our knowledge of the area is something we work on all the time. We tirelessly visit good restaurant after good restaurant - just for you! Bob works to be up to date on the wineries in Woodinville and the area to enable us to help you find winemakers who make your preferred styles of wine. We are always working to...

INNKEEPER’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 23 August 2016

Instead of staying at a chain hotel in downtown Seattle or Redmond, we opted for Meritage Meadows Inn. It was the perfect choice. Beautiful setting with great innkeepers. Breakfast alone was worth the stay and we also thoroughly enjoyed the Cinq wines we tasted with Bob. They had super recommendations regarding things to do and places to eat. Will definitely...

The Meritage Inn is truly a first rate experience...not at all stuffy (forget the stiff, fussy old B&B experience). Bob and Karen are wonderful hosts attentive to every need, and this shows throughout the Inn. Homemade cookies, snacks, drinks are available throughout the day, there is a workout room, den and library, and lovely surroundings. Bob's breakfasts are delicious, and...

Meritage Meadows is a "no-doily" B&B. We try to keep the Northwest natural feel throughout the inn and surroundings. That said, we have tried to anticipate our guests desires, and to include them in our service. Thanks so much for your lovely review.

My wife and I liked this location. In the quiet country but only a short drive to the restaurants and shopping in Redmond. Very comfortable, large room with all the proper amenities. Fantastic breakfasts - instead of the usual buffet breakfast, specially cooked delicious treats. Bob and Karen are both fun and made us feel very welcome. Cannot imagine a...

Our tag line, "Close at hand never felt so far away" is true. We love the quiet and wilderness feel of our 14 acres. But less than 3 miles away are more than 20 restaurants and lots of shops. You can have it all!

Bob and Karen are wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful hosts in this delightful B&B. Breakfasts were ample and delicious. The wines from Cinq are high quality and totally under the radar. Hence are a bargain. We came to the area exclusively to taste wines and were amazed at the wines of the "5" amigos. We'll be back!

Thanks for the lovely comments about Cinq and Meritage Meadows. While we like to think that we produce a few great wines, one of my greatest joys is in sharing the many other quality wineries within a few miles of our inn. I know many of the winemakers, so we can help you find other wines that match each guest's...

Where to begin....This was one of the most enjoyable, relaxing, and beautiful surroundings for a B and B experience. Starting with your most gracious hosts, Bob and Karen, The most comfortable setting, The DELICIOUS! breakfasts, and the added bonus that Bob is a winemaker with his own winery(Cinq Cellars - on site) making very nice wine for you to sample,...

It was great to meet these guests and to help them find their interests in Seattle. Not at all surprising - most of our guests are visiting either Woodinville for wine or Seattle for sightseeing. Both are very easy to reach from Meritage Meadows Inn. We consistently recommend the bus for guests visiting Seattle. It is convenient and substantially faster...

Out in the country (on 14 acres) but very close to the city and restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed this small inn and the hosts (very gracious). The grounds, the rooms, the food, the homemade cookies, the on-site winery and the whole visit was fabulous. My wife and I enjoyed every moment and are very happy that we chose the...

Thanks for your visit and nice words. We enjoy the wonderful guests who come to stay with us - in fact it is the biggest reason to be an innkeeper. New perspectives and new insight are our rewards for any less savory aspects of the job.

Visiting on a business trip, the Meritage Meadows Inn was recommended to me by my colleague, who lives just down the road. Surrounded by a beautiful cedar forest, and with simply lovely grounds, the inn is tucked away from civilisation and provides a genuine sanctuary from modern life, offering a relaxed pace of life that's simply heaven. Bob and Karen...

Thanks for the great review. My experience in my career was that hotel stays were so sanitized and universal that you had to look out the window in the morning to remember where you were. Inside the room looked the same everywhere. Karen and I wanted to create a business friendly accommodation that was very much a northwest experience. We...

Stumbled onto this bed and breakfast by accident. Was Headed over to concert at Chateau St Michelle winery. Usually try to stay at Willows lodge, but their rates have gone out of site. Thanks for the pleasant review. We are seeing more and more guests who are traveling to Chateau Ste Michelle and Marymoor concerts and recognize that they would enjoy more without driving all the way home afterwards. We are so happy that you found us.

My wife and I were in town for our son's wedding and picked this B&B as the last stop for our vacation. The Meritage Meadows Inn was so peaceful and beautiful.
