My experience with the lodge ranges from really good to really bad so I'll just bullet it: The Good - the property is absolutely picturesque, the lake views in the morning and evening are breathtaking - the location can't be beat, trails are located near by, it's an easy drive to the Hoh Rainforest and other must see areas -...

We stayed in the boathouse rooms. Very nice, old school décor. No TV in the room, which was fine with us. The staff were super friendly! Bed was comfortable but they could use new mattresses. The main room in the lodge is fantastic, a great place to sit and read, play cards, etc. Overall, a great stay with no complaints.

This is an old, historic lodge (current structure dating from 1926) in a great location. It has a big, comfy lounge with a large stone fireplace and overstuffed leather chairs, and it was decorated with historic photos. The large garden between the hotel and the lake is beautiful and restful; it connects to a nature path that follows the lakefront....

Rooms are comfortable if a little small but the views are lovely. Food is good and service excellent. But the best part is no TV so folks are our and about playing, visiting, reading, knitting. I had some enjoyable conversations and opportunities to play games. Also silence if I wanted it. And the people watching was grand.

You have to step back in time to appreciate the Lake Quinault Lodge. It was a wonderful experience to sit in front of the firplace and imagine early travelers. The close proximity to hikes in the rain forest and all the beauty of Quinault is the biggest plus. The folks at the lodge were friendly and efficient. I had some...

I was only able to stay one night, but I'll definitely be back! The lake is relaxing, and the surrounding trails are fun to hike. I was enamored with the historically influenced design of the room and the general decor. I spent quite a bit of time on the lawn, and around the community fire pit that runs at night....

My husband and I stayed at the lodge for seven nights on our honeymoon. The lodge itself was lovely, and the location was fantastic. The lake is beautiful and the lawn was very well kept, and we loved being in the midst of the rainforest with several hiking trails nearby. Our room was beautiful as well- a King bed with...

Thank you for your comments; I will share with my housekeeping staff that their efforts were spotty during your stay and better attention to detail is needed. We recently renovated the fireplace units and that could explain the firmness of the mattress but I will inspect the mattress in those units for quality. We hope you will give us another...

We stayed in a renovated lakeside room. The room was fairly simple but clean (which I couldn't say for Kalaloch Lodge where we stayed the next night). We enjoyed walks by the lake and watching our kids playing games on the lawn (a variety of options - horseshoe throw, bocce, etc). Lots of adirondack chairs to sit and and take...

The Beverly Suite is the entire top floor of the Boathouse, a separate building with wrap-around porch. It has 2 bedrooms: A spacious room w/King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, dresser, 2 chairs, small table, and a TV, plus a tiny room w/Queen bed & a nightstand. There are no closets, only a short rod with hangers in the small entry...

Liz, I am glad that you like our newly renovated Beverly Suite; it was much need facelift to that unit. We get raving reviews with the new design.
