Staying at a historic lodge in a national park is really a unique experience that is about connecting with nature and gaining an appreciation for those who saw the beauty in the area and the need to preserve the setting for all to enjoy for generations to come. It's not about getting a luxury room at a low price point....

Debbie, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at the Lodge! I hope you will return again. Amanda Operations Manager

Staying at a National Park facility is usually an experience in which the setting outshines it. This lodge is an older resort; the pictures of its setting accurately portray the beauty of the area and the way in which the hotel fits wonderfully in its environment. We stayed in a recently renovated fireplace room with a small patio and lake...

Quinault is great! I love the rain forest! Don't, shower before breakfast and opt for an early walk across the street into the forest, without your rain gear, though. Unless you like 2 showers first thing in the morning;-) Yes, of course, I did that! But what's life for if you do everything right? You don't have much fun! Quinault...

This is one of the few places that looked very picturesque in photos and on arrival totally lived up to the charm. We stayed in early June and were amazed at all of the flowering plants on the property. Sitting in an adirondack chair on the sloped grassy lawn with stellar jays flying around and with a view of the...

The rooms are all good, they can get pricy. We reserved two months early using AAA, and got a great price. Since there are verandas, the main lodge room with fireplace and the beautiful rolling lawn down to the lake, you don't really need anything but the nice basic room. We ate dinner and breakfast in the Roosevelt dining room....

Rooms were nice but felt they were way over priced for what you got. Have stayed in many places that were nicer for a lot less. Restaurant was over priced too. I understand this is a lodge in a National Forest but the location didn't really have that much to offer. Not some place I would go to again. Staff...

We booked a second story room in the fireplace wing with a lake view. The room was spacious, the view lovely. The fireplace worked, the room had a bar frig which was a plus. The bathrooms need to be updated. Only a shower which would be ok, but upgrade the shower head. If you eliminate the tub. Main lodge is...

We stayed two nights in Storm King room 111. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was so easy to find information about the area hikes. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed/linens were very comfortable. I usually prefer an upper floor but the advantage of this room was the first floor patio with its gorgeous view...

We stay in the boathouse, in a room that does not face the lake. In the evening we walked around the porch and could tell that every other room had old decor and finishes, but our room felt very new, renovated, had updated furnishings and wall finish. We were very comfortable! Our trip was more about being out and exploring,...

We stayed at Lake Quinault Lodge May 31-June 3, 2014, and had a quite marvelous time. We were in the newer area and actually had 2 rooms: We were first in 110, whose view was nice but largely blocked by a big double-trunk tree. Dan at the front desk understood our disappointment and managed to move us to an upstairs...
