I can't speak to the quality of the rooms because despite paying in advance I was never allowed into my room and was denied a refund. I travel with a trained, experienced German Shepherd Service dog. I was informed AFTER they'd taken my full non-refundable $1,111.56 that they have a NO PET policy. It was explained to them a service...

Last room available in the area. Prior Reviews definitely are accurate. Old, out of date motel. No frills whatsoever. Beds aren't comfortable. Thin walls. Neighbors and highway noise are loud. Cleanliness is a C+ at best.

We were up for a college visit at WSU. Perhaps Pullman doesn't have alot to offer and we are spoiled, having so many hotel options in southern CA. We booked with expedia though (don't do that) and had pre-paid ($100 / night!! serious price-gaugeing) and couldn't get our money back. After reading the reviews here (I did not make the...

First thing I noticed when trying to find a plug in for my phone was cob webs with a herseys kiss wrapper hanging from it between the night stand and wall. Then when I went to put food away in the fridge I noticed cleaning chemicals that weren't wiped completely clean from the fridge. When I went into the bathroom...

I have to admit, I was a bit scared to stay here after reading the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed after a tough football game loss. One needed improvement: put power outlets in your bathrooms! I had to crawl under the dresser to plug in my hair dryer.

My husband pulled into this hotel at about 7:30 on a Sunday evening, after booking what was listed online as "the last room" available. The parking lot was deserted and there was no manager on site! We had told the man who answered for reservations that we wanted to pay cash. He said he needed our card to reserve, but...

None of this is a joke or exaggeration: In general I'd rather have stayed in my car at a rest stop(should have tried airBnB. Pros: Running water and shower got warm, AC worked(smelled/woke up with cough), the door locked, the windows opened, could see our car from the window, most the lights worked, the beds had two pillows each, the...

This hotel is a scam run by horrible and unreasonable people. My older parents who barely know how to use the internet booked a room here by mistake on Expedia and didn't realize it until they were missing over $600 from their bank account the next day. No problem right? Just call and cancel. WRONG. Apparently they have a no...

We booked this room as their was a short supply of rooms for Mom and daughter weekend at WSU. When reading the reviews, after booking this non-refundable room, a cold chill went down my spine. Most all the reviews were negative, but the deal was done. On are arrival the first thing I did was ask the proprietor why all...

If you are desperate for a room in the area and this is the last place that has room available, sleep in your car! I do not wish this stay on anyone. Don't even think, oh well it's only one night. DON'T DO IT! They are just misleading you and stealing your money with their No Refunds Policy.
