My dad and I went to the WSU v. UI game. Based upon the other TA reviews, I was nervous, but I wanted to stay close to the stadium for game day. The price was GREAT, and the room was clean. Perhaps the other raters are better suited for a $300-$400/night price range. We paid $125/night, and while the room... More

Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Hotels in Pullman are all over-priced but at least this hotel is reasonable. FYI, parking in the lower lot is diagonal. There were very faded lines to indicate this but that is really the only option. The exit from that lot is a steep gravel heavily rutted road. That needs... More

This hotel reminds me of the landlady I had one time: hit her stride - her peak - in the 1970s, and just stayed there. Year after year, when styles changed, she just kept wearing the same light blue elastic band polyester pants! This hotel has a dingy mid-80s look and feel to it, from the worn down floral comforters,... More

We stayed here for WSU graduation. They require a 2 night minimum at $175 a night. This hotel was more like a $60 a night hotel but they make the prices higher because of supply & demand. The room smelled of mold. The window was broken & we were unable to see out of it. There was a large slimy... More

The hotel is convenient to the University. Hotels in Pullman are relatively expensive. This one included. In any other town this place would be an 'avoid.' But if you want to save money in Pullman, you can consider it. Rooms are large, but run down. Breakfast bar is minimal and not worth it.

I made a reservation to this place only because other motel/hotels within a 10 mile radius from WSU are fully booked 2-months before the students move-in. I tell you, prior reviews by other customers are very accurate; seriously, I even had the black-stained towel that was previously reported!! Initially, I was met by a grumpy front-desk person; your credit card... More

Constantly smells like chlorine, the floors/walls are stained, the bedding is dirty, incredibly rude staff, tap water tastes awful, shower changes temperature, HORRIBLE wifi, HORRIBLE parking, and very unclean. 0/10 DO NOT recommend!

Filthy stained carpet and furniture. Grime-laden bathtub/shower. I find it hard to believe that these rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. Outlandishly rude desk attendants/managers. You are better off sleeping on a park bench.

Horrible, gross, dirty and over priced for what we got. We got charged $45 extra because there was black stuff on their towels. The only thing we wipe on a towel that was black was MAKEUP!! Run way from this place and go to the holiday inn down the road.

I stayed here thinking it would be convenient for getting to campus during a recent visit to Pullman. Twenty-some years ago when I was a student, I remember this being a fairly nice place. It's obvious it has seen little attention in the way of maintenance or updates since then. Had there not been a large "NO REFUNDS" sign in... More
