What a fantastic bed and breakfast!! The hosts Jim and Gail treated us like family. Very clean and serene! The Lighthouse Suite is worth the price. Breakfast was very good, not too overwhelming or too overloaded with carbs. I'd stay again definitely.

Wonderful home, cozy, quiet, great breakfast, beautiful view, very comfortable bed, home and country interior and very welcoming hosts. It is right on the beach, opened the windows and the waves gently rocked us to sleep. We felt at home, it was hard to leave....More

Generous attentive hosts and a cozy room. We loved being on the water and so close to the maritime center. The decor is lovely, lots of beautiful bird prints. I loved the vegetarian breakfast our first morning. Thank you.

The Commander's Beach House is the only bed and breakfast that is located right on the water in downtown Port Townsend. You can walk on the beach to Fort Worden or easily stroll three blocks along the ...More water front to all of the downtown shops and restaurants. Three of our rooms face the water and have private baths. Our fourth room faces the garden and has a shared bath located inside of the room. You can enjoy views of Admiralty Inlet, Mt. Baker, Whidbey Island, all of the boats and ships that go into Seattle, as well as vintage wooden schooners and yawls. Eagles, herons, otters and seals are frequently seen by our guests. A full sit down gourmet breakfast is served at individual tables or on our veranda, weather permitting. Come fall asleep lulled by the sounds of the sea and "relax and solve nothing"! Less

I don't believe so. I think all of the guest rooms are on the second floor. And there is no lift of any kind available, to my knowledge.
