Spent three nights here in March 2015. Is a neat old building, in really good shape for its age. Beds and bathrooms are nice. They deliver a continental breakfast to your door each morning. Don't know why especially, but the street outside was really noisy at night. Is a block off the main drag, but seemed to be a lot...

Thank you for staying with us on your recent visit to Port Townsend! We are always looking for ways to improve The Bishop for our guests and appreciate you comments to that end. The street noise issue your mentioned is an unusual comment as Port Townsend tends to be a very quiet place after business hours and we apologize for...

Bishop's Hotel is a friendly well run hotel. We stayed for three nights with our Golden Retriever on Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a pleasant back garden. We would definitely come back. Anna and Peter, Vancouver

Great place to escape the stress of life. Laura Lee was extremely helpful in setting up our reservation with only a couple hours notice. After our arrival, proceeded to tell us about our lodging and where to find places to eat. She made sure we were comfortable. Our room exited into a very pretty sitting area in the back. The...

Bishop Victorian Hotel is a refurbished Victorian House that has preserved the charm of its original architecture while offering the comfort of a modern hotel. The suites have all the amenities one may need, including wifi, TV, DVD, well equipped small kitchen, access to a nearby fitness center. The antique furniture is a reminder of the past but offers the...

We stay here several times a year, a getaway from our crazy busy lives. We immediately slow down and get happy. I travel for work and stay at many hotels, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate a key lock, I might go there just because they have a key lock and I don't have to deal with the...

My husband and I needed a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place to do it. All the positive reviews I have read for this hotel before we booked our trip were right on the money. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It is a very old building that used to be a cigar factory, among many other things, before...

On the recommendation of friends, we chose to stay at the Bishop Victorian Hotel for our one night in Port Townsend. There were some things we liked and other things that we didn't like during our stay. My husband and I travel a lot so we may be picky but here are the things that we thought were not so...

Just stayed at the Bishop Victorian Hotel and had a great experience. Great location in town. Building was old but room modernized. Selected room on third floor (more quiet) which had a living room and bedroom with queen bed on each side. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lovely continental breakfast was left in a basket outside room each morning....

To celebrate our 49th anniversary, we revisited this place once again as a great place to just get away and have a wonderful experience. Quiet location, easy stroll to the main street and shops, coffee shops, museums, etc. Fort Warden's beaches are nearby whatever the weather.
