Great location and parking, large rooms, but mediocre beds (too soft) and bedding (older pilled blankets). The decor is Victorian, but the microwave and refrigerator were just old. Because of the way the rooms have been carved out in this old building, ours had very little natural light or view. Our two rooms were heated with wall controls which blasted...

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review of your fall visit. I am sorry that you found the beds too soft and did not get enough natural light. We have done the best we could with our Historic Building and will continue to improve our offerings. Unfortunately, adding more windows is not allowed by the Historical...

I had no idea what "dog friendly" could mean until our visit here this weekend. Our dog had her own welcome basket with her name on it waiting for her in our room. The staff were great with us two humans, but they were most interested in our dog. The historic hotel is comfortable and quiet. A complimentary continental breakfast...

This historic building Hotel was way beyond my expectations! The room was huge and included a living room as well as bedroom. The reworked old building bathroom was done very nicely. We had the old dog with us and anticipated a room that felt like dogs had been there and this did not. My dog found a food and water...

Traveling with our two adult daughters, and my husband and I, we stayed here for an overnight before catching the ferry to Coupeville. Friendly staff upgraded us from a one bedroom with a sleeper sofa to a two bedroom which was most appreciated by the daughters! The Bishop is a charming Victorian place which we loved. The complimentary breakfast, with...

Our one-night stay at the Bishop was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and provided us with a map and list of restaurants in town and made several suggestions. The hotel is charming. The suite was large and comfortable with all the modern conveniences, plus lots of pillows. We selected our breakfast items when we checked in and they...

Like taking a trip in a time machine with all the modern conveniences. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. Lovely gas log fireplace with thermostat in the combined sitting room and kitchenette. We chose this hotel because we wanted a central location for our two night anniversary getaway. That it was. The Staff was welcoming and very pleasant and the hotel suited our needs. It was very convenient to have the free parking lot (with a hotel pass) right beside the hotel. There were lots of brochures in the spacious lobby, a...

We spent a night at the Bishop Victorian in a 2 bedroom suite. The suite included a small kitchen. It was perfect for traveling with 3 adults and an infant. This is really a step back in time It's a three story brick building which was built in 1891 and still has no elevator, so rooms are walk up. I had a great feeling about this hotel.
