This place has an incredible history. There is a price to pay since it is so remote. They are renovating and so all the previous problems with amenities should be solved. Can't wait to go back once it has the face-lift.

All the Best!
Paradise inn continues to be one of the greatest hotel locations in America. Walk right out your door to a spectacular view and miles of hiking trails for all. Great wildlife viewing but be careful as bears can be right on the trails. The rooms...More
We were hesitant about our reservation as only the main lodge rooms, not the newer annex rooms, were available when we visited in late August. Sharing a bathroom and a shower are not what we are accustomed to. But the showers were immaculate, and just...More

The annex and the main lodge are connected by an indoor hallway and there are no elevators in the hotel. There is one flight of stairs to access rooms in the main lodge and rooms in the annex are accessible by one to four flights of stairs. Annex guestrooms have a private bath and rooms in the main lodge share four private showers and a separate men and women's restroom located in the hallway. The Paradise Inn is 100 years old but still retains it rustic lodge feeling with guest rooms smaller than what you may be accustomed to.

"Rooms are small, but quaint. They are adequate for sleeping, but not much else."
