We loved this Inn. We only stayed here for one night en route to the Olympic National Park but wish we'd stayed longer. The hosts have thought of everything- even bringing tea/coffee in bed if you wish! The setting is beautiful and we went for a lovely morning stroll along the beach with the stunning peaks of the Olympics rising... More

My wife and I enjoyed two incredible nights at the Inn at Mallard Cove (Mallard Room) and were simply blow away by the scenery, location, and most importantly, the hospitality. The owners are incredilby knowledgeable about the local area, and the breakfast is to die for. Simply put: best bed and breakfast that we've ever been to - and we've... More

This is a hidden treasure managed by a wonderful, family oriented couple. The personal service was the best experienced with all amenities anticipated and provided. The accommodations include a well equipped library, parlor, sunroom, 2 wood-buring fireplaces and parlor. The breakfast was fabulous! The second floor room was not large, but very adequate with a gas fireplace, outside deck and... More

Bed and Breakfast. Minimum stay - two nights. Bring your camera and some boots or sneakers to walk the beach. The air is clean and fresh and wildlife abounds.

My partner and I stayed at the Inn while I was in town for a weekend conference. We selected the Inn because of the beautiful location on Puget Sound and the purported yummy, local, organic breakfasts---the Inn did not disappoint! Our room was beautiful (and we were in the most economical room with a garden view), and the other two... More

My husband and I stayed at the Inn during our 10th wedding anniversary trip. It was our first trip to Washington. The Inn is a beautiful tudor-style home on the Puget Sound. The room was beautiful and included a 2 person jetted tub. The day started with coffee deslivered to our room. We then went to the dining room for... More

Don and Linda are extremely knowledgable and well traveled hosts. Don took time to personally guide us in kayaks to tour the nearby Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, where we were afforded close-up views of harbor seals, eagles, great blue herons and hundreds of other birds. Their tastefully remodeled home sits above a small cove overlooking Puget Sound, just minutes away... More

Had an event nearby and did not want to stay in a highway interchange motel. Found this online and it was all that it purported to be for just a few dollars more. Lovely setting, spotless, well appointed rooms and wonderful peace and quiet. Don and Linda are gracious hosts that are available when needed or just for a visit,... More

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast on Puget Sound in Olympia, Washington. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sound with a panoramic view of the beautiful water vista. The innkeepers are not only wonderful hosts, but they care about the environment and maintaining harmony with the nature that surrounds them. The inn is like stumbling on to a... More
